c++_crazy: BIAFRAN NATIONAL ANTHEM Land of the rising sun, we love and cherish, beloved homeland of our brave heroes; we must defend our lives or we shall perish, We shall protect our hearth from all our foes; but if the price is death for all we hold dear, Then let us die without a shred of fear. Hail to Biafra, consecrated nation, Oh Fatherland, this is our solemn pledge: Defending thee shall be a dedication, spilling our blood we'l count a privilege; The waving standard which emboldens the free shall always be our flag of liberty. We shall emerge triumphant from this ordeal, and through the crucible unscathed we'll pass; when we are poised the wounds of battle to heal, we shall remember those who died in mass; Then shall our trumpets peal the glorious song of victory we scored o'er might and wrong. Oh God, protect us from the hidden pitfall, Guide all our movements lest we go astray; Give us the strength to heed the humanist call: ''To give and not to count the cost'' each day; Bless those who rule to serve with resoluteness, to make this clime of land of righteousness. I hate Britain, I never liked russia right from when I was still a foetus, I hate Nigeria till I die. I love israel, france, portugal, Norway, tanzania, haiti, etc I love Wole soyinka, I love CHINUA ACHEBE AND mostly love my PARENTS. An anthem or an abstract of your write up about Biafran. |

Heard this in office today it happen to a younger brother of my co-worker.: The guy was an employ of insurance firm well dress in suit and on bike when a police van was Hot continuously following them on his way to work. He starts telling them to jump over their head, they stop, handcuff him and put him in their van not even touching the bike man. On getting to the station after the day patrol they bring out video camera making a statement to it that they just got a notorious armed robber. He started blowing his own mouth shouting "I'm not a thief ooo, my mouth has put me in trouble". which he started bleeding furiously, this is when they allow him to make call around 7pm and he was bailed with 10k. sorry for the long story just that you got it. Is it funny though we all laugh at it but I think its unfair. But what I learnt is that tolerance is not foolishness. |

Christianity Etc › Advertising Miracles By Churche, Is It Right? by omartins(op): 9:43pm On Apr 23, 2013 |
I want to learn, may be my knowledge is not deep enough or too shallow in Christianity. Most of the handbill I do receive on the road which serves as advertisement to churches do show major miracles especially wealth breakthrough and deliverance from sickness and this people do said the pastor, bishop, envagelist, etc said I should give the church some percentage of my income or all to the church and expect breakthrough. Why not the money for charity without church ir pastor interferance as Jesus tell that rich man? Why not geniue repentance and dispose off all illegal acquired wealth? Do we still have Man of GOD(MOG) or Man of GOODIES(MOG)? My question still stands " is it right to advertise miracle in handbill or media house? Atleast there is testimony time in churches. |
Politics › Re: Between Baga, Odi And Zaki Biam: What Is The Difference? by omartins(m): 9:10pm On Apr 23, 2013 |
There are lots of difference: JTF got a wind of terrorist camping in the middle of town and decide to arrest. Does this people value their woman and children by open fire against those who are athourised under the law to shoot. First to pulled the trigger is the champion. I believe if those JTF doesnt respond to the shooting and about 50 of them perish like police in Bayelsa the op will be among consoling their relations or abusing them for incompetence. The difference is that ODI town masscre was ordered after many attempt to arrest those who murdered policemen but been linched by mob but BAGA is not been confirmed ordered. |

Most company in all this developing state have mostly their workers being transfered from headquater. You can't stay in any local area and expect a salary of 50k and above. The major job oppotunity in rural town is Local Govt job 22k for graduate that is if you have a godfather who help with the employment and when you go to any organisation their answer is "employment comes from headquater". |

Thousand have been clamouring for amnesty for Boko boys as it was done to Mend boys. Please lets review their purpose of their creation, aims and damages done. Niger-delta militant will be trace back to Ogoni people executed by Abacha, the purpose of creation is to raise alarm about the neglet of the zone, destruction of their property with oil spillage and syphone their God given heritance without remembering them. Their aim is to call Govt attention to it. And damage done are reduction in country GDP, disturbance to oil worker and smuggling the oil outside and selling it. WHAT OF BOKO BOYS? BOKO HARAM means western education is a sin. That means it was created to fight against all educated person. Aim is to islamise the country. Damages done: damages of properties, killing of thousand of people ranging from securities operative, health workers, traders to loot their shops, hunters, teachers to students. STILL THOSE THEIR LEADERS WHO CAUSE ALL THIS MESS ASK FOR AMNESTY. My question is "DOES BOKO HARAM DESERVE AMNESTY"? |

GEJ is a situational leader. We dont have any known better opposition when he contest. If someone told me then that Buhari will be the runner up, I will bet and loose(new party, fomer military, and didnt campaign round the country). Presidential seat is big one that many can hide under after right or wrong deed. Now it depend on the president(if not slugish, daft, useless and unresponsible) to punish or praise whoever hide under his seat. Three year is enough to make an impact. I pity we the youth coming, what idea are we taking in from our leaders? |
