When a people is defined by their propensity to insult and curse, it becomes difficult to know when to take such peple seriously.

Comments like yours always make me wonder how you guys think about yourself and think about others. And you think that your opinion matters and tha... Sorry pals I still have to keep another promise not to get to a particular level. This, for the sake of beautiful people I deal with every day.

PoliticsRe: Greater Igbo Nation: A Search For The Lost Igbo Tribes In America by omazus: 9:37pm On Jul 01, 2015
You can't deface the record. Try harder.
Super1Star:
Another fallacy.

Is this not the only tribe in the whole of Africa that enslaves its own people and sell them off into slave trade. Aro slave trading comes to mind. It is an irony that a make-me-feel-good write up is describing the same tribe that enslaves it's own as having ''rebellious attitudes to enslavement''.

It should rather read "they have an endearing attitude to enslavement".

No wonder they sentenced themselves to Ijaw servitude.

Economically it looks like there are two regions where any activity is happening in Nigeria. The South East and Lagos.

Of all those that contested in that APC primary, Turaki Adamawa was the only person who understands leadership, who knows Nigeria, who has human heart, who is accessible, and who can rule well. Too bad that party rejected him and foisted a proven non-performer on all of us.

LAGrejectIBO:
Now we see why Iboland was never developed. In twenty years, from 1930 to 51....., 257,000 of them abandoned home for Yorubaland.

It was even worse than that after the war and millions of starving Ibos trekked across the land and forest to find refuge in Yorubaland.

No more disputing the fact....now we need to ask, what is Ibo running from the East for?

Since Saturday...where is Gov. Ambode na?

I don't think this would have dragged for too long under Fashola. That is why we need to build a strong system.

After reading the comments above, I concluded that igbos have serious inferiority complex.other tribes in Nigeria sees any successful Nigerian as a NIGERIAN..., not hausa, yoruba, fulani, edo etc.

PoliticsRe: How To Safe Yoruba People From Obvious Danger –gani Adams by omazus: 7:22pm On Jun 15, 2015
Wonders. The beauty of the Yoruba. Let my Igbo brothers and Hausa learn from this man. A mere carpenter when he started the struggle. Made money and went back to school. Today Adam is a graduate. And he is not anyhow graduate, a real graduate with powerful analytic skills. Otunba Adams my cap is off for you. Placed at your feet.
PoliticsRe: Open Letter To Prof. Wole Soyinka On Sexual Bill. By Chris Anyanwu by omazus: 11:20am On Jun 15, 2015
Mr. Man, must you defend everything. In one swoop you suspect Senator Anyanwu's mastery of English but in another you profess your ignorance of legal language. What if Anyanwu's language equates to the legal language/meaning you do not understand. Please Soyinka goofed. He is a highly respected scholar, but we cannot doubt that old age is dealing him some blows. Instead f Soyinka now being the conscience of the nation, he abdicates that role to the mob. Anyanwu is right that Soyinka should have gone through the bill and not rely on third person's view. Please and please, Soyinka is one Nigerian HERO I do not want to encounter the legendary fall of all heroes of the western world as shown in their literature. May Soyinks remain great. And may he not be so much in a haste to join the bandwagon. I beg of you my model.

TheOtherview:
I am afraid that even with my limited understanding (I am more a numbers person), it is clear that Senator Anyanwu's mastery of the English language is highly suspect.
This was a point I tried to impart on a different thread...
============================================================
Naptu Sir, you know that I have never found any of your posts disagreeable up till this point.
But I beg to disagree on this one.

Let me explain why...

^^^No wiggle room - the language is clear and unambiguous

^^^ By inserting the word "liable", wiggle room was provided here

Now I am no legal bird but I think changing shall to liable leaves clause 2 open to interpretation

"Liable to" is less definitive than "Shall" - that's my point.

What stopped the Senate from putting a clear and unambiguous stake in the ground eh?

Furthermore, why was threshold even lowered in a graduated form?
CareerRe: I Want To Leave My Job For Masters by omazus: 4:14pm On Jun 14, 2015
Itvis not true. You must attend some percentage of the lecture to graduate. Again I hope the essence is to improve yourself and not neccesarily to get another degree.

sseunth:
don't leave the job or u might regret it later...go to a nearby uni..register for master...look for someone that can be updating you frm time to time and help with lesson notes and other...nt compulsory you attend the lectures

PoliticsRe: Richest Nigerian Billionaires by omazus: 10:47am On Jun 13, 2015
Is that what u understand from the post? In a list of thirty people from 36 states Igbo from just five states contributed 10 you still think they don't have wealth. Brother this list actually prove that Igbo are wealthiest Nigerians. And guess what, no Igbo in that list inherited his wealth. No pre-1980 wealth.

PoliticsRe: Photo: President Michelle Finally Responds To PMB by omazus: 8:59am On Jun 13, 2015
You are right dear. There is nothing funny about the president's mistakes but there is everything embarrassing about it. You are the funny one, the real deji.

iamrealdeji:
You guys are just plain fool.ish,we all know Buhari is not that endowed in terms of pronunciation and accent, that's the way he speaks, you shouldn't expect better from people with wide gapped tooth,so calling the man President Michelle is very understandable, and who cares if he calls the country west Germany? Nigerian issues are too much on his mind to start reading current affairs about foreign countries like they're gods,if Obama says Lagos is a Northern part of Nigeria, will Americans start laughing at him? Hell no,because he has America on his mind than watching out for some 3rd world country, same applies to Buhari, what is really important to us is what he said and his promises,we should be thankful he made moves unlike the former President, many Nigerians are just idi.ots, they just laugh at anything,no one knows it all,you that's laughing at him now,no matter how knowledgeable you are,you definitely have something you'd say that some people would laugh at,so I see nothing funny about what Buhari said
