PoliticsRe: What Is The Power Tussle In Your State Like? by omenka(m): 7:49am On Nov 01, 2020
Asquare84:
In benue state it between idoma's and tiv, funny enough the tiv man have not brought any meaningful development to the state since the have been in charge of governance
Aper Aku did mighty great works, he is Tiv. Akume didnt do badly, gave the medical college, opened up Judge's Quarters and Terwase Agbadu areas, delivered up to 70% of the work in teaching hospital, opened up Achusa axis, constructed alot of streets in town and rehabilitated roads, refurbished Aper Aku stadium, opened up industrial layout, electrified many rural communities (though Suswam did more in this regard including the construction of rural roads).

I had to mention these things because you said the Tivs have done nothing in terms of governance in the state. Notwithstanding, there's a lot more they could have achieved.

Now, the reason I don't subscribe to the idea of Idomas bashing Tivs for refusing to relinquish power to them is because they're doing to us, Igedes, exactly what they complain the Tivs are doing to them!

From the begining of time to this day, ALL senators and ministers representing Zone C, comprising all the Idoma and Igede LGAs have been Idomas! This makes it super hypocritical for them to complain about the conduct of Tivs as regards politics and power.

This is the reason I've always stood against the idea of Apa state as canvassed by Mark. We'd end up being treated the same way Tivs are treating everyone else in the state.

Are you now agreeing there are indigenous Igbos in Rivers State?
Have I EVER SAID there aren't? What the hell is my business about that?

I've only said there aren't Indigenous Igbos in Benue. If una like, make una dey indigenous to Zamfara and China, it is not my fvcking business. That is up to the people of those places to decide.

That said, face the topic and have a nice day. Good bye.

It's quit unfortunate we all seat, fold our hands and pretend not knowing what is going on in Oyibo. The Nigeria millitry is torturing and killing their own people.

Wike will soon loose all the respect he has in the South and become politically unfriendly to ears of Nigerians like Tinubu.
He will "soon"?

At what point will that happen? Is there a particular number of lives he needs to take before he loses all the respect? And is respect all he stands to lose from you people by killing your kith and kin?

This is horrible. The things you guys have said so far about Oyigbo. I can hardly believe the things I've read.

Dearest EMEKA (that's what your moniker suggests your name is), your brothers are being slaughtered by Wike.

For once in you people's lives, leave Tinubu and Lagos/South West issues alone and talk about that.

Haba. This thing is begining to look like some sort of curse.
PoliticsRe: Anthony Okechukwu Died In An Accident Not Lekki Tollgate Shooting - Brother by omenka(m): 6:32am On Nov 01, 2020
Nonsense. The brother has been bribed by the government. DJ Snitch, Flavour, Reno, FFK, PSquare, Davido, Wizkid, were all there and saw him die at Lekki told gate after being shot ten times by Tinubu's army.
PoliticsRe: Reno Sends A Strong Message To Buhari After US Soldiers Entered Nigeria To Rescu by omenka(m): 6:18am On Nov 01, 2020
Whw will Reno send a strong message to Wike?

Oh, I forgot, perty interest FIRST before the lives of Igbos he swore he cherishes.

You are very foolish and insensitive for this utterance, especially the last statement.
Wike has ordered the "massacre" of your brothers in Rivers. When are you cowards going to do something about it?

Pathetic beings.
PoliticsRe: We Can’t Walk Freely Again — Police by omenka(m): 5:23pm On Oct 31, 2020
It will pass. These events in the past few weeks have really opened our eyes to alot.

Everywhere, tension seems to be on the decline, except in Oyigbo, where the army, prompted by the Governor, is routing recalcitrant elements the governor claims have been wreaking havoc in the state.

Now, it is no mystery the people at the recieving end of Wike's anger, what is indeed near mystery is the quietude from the East.

In addition, characters like Fani Kayode, Reno, Deji
and indeed Wadata Plaza, who pride themselves as the ultimate defenders of Ndigbi have been eerily silent!
Even Ohanaeze Ndigbo is quiet!

The reason behind this inactivity isnt far fetched, there is no way they can attack Wike without costing their preferred party some loses. In essense, they value the interest of party over and above the lives of Ndigbo. What then sets these crop of character apart from the devil himself?

This is an ongoing onslaught, yet, they dare not speak about it. They cant wait for it to pass over as though it never happened so they can carry on insulting the president, Tinubu and APC.

Ndigbo, use your tongue to count your teeth!
PoliticsRe: See What Governor Wike Said About IPOB Today Again by omenka(m): 5:20pm On Oct 31, 2020

We will deal with him after 2023.

PoliticsRe: Wike: IPOB Members Killed Six Soldiers, four Policemen; by omenka(m): 5:13pm On Oct 31, 2020
Grayoso:
You forget to add that they asked for Tinubu and Sanwo Olu's head because, according to them, those two invited the army to shoot protestors at Lekki.

Yet same Igbos are very silent, hypoctitically so, over revelations that Wike sought army help and intervention with the proviso they are free to shoot and kill IPOBians. DJ Switch, Reno Omokri and co are suddenly silent and seeing/hearing nothing.

Anyway, with Igbos, we now see it is "forget Wike" over the Oyigbo "massacre". We should all remember this when next Igbos are hounding Tinubu, PMB, Osinbajo, Sanwo-Olu etal hypocritically.
I was seriously taken aback when I saw that comment. I mean, this was a comment coming from someone who claims to hold human lives very dearly.

Bro, it is too obvious their condemnation of events of this nature is ALL political.

I can imagine the tons of repetitive threads about the incident that would have been here were this to have emanated elsewhere. Even with evidences suggesting alot were cooked up in the Lekki incident, they insisted there was a massacre and ate calling for the heads of Tinubu and Sanwo Olu. But in this case, their response is FORGET WIKE.

The reason isn't far fetched. They feel taking on Wike would mean causing harm to pdp. It is for this same reason you haven'theard from ultimate defenders of Ndigbo like Fani Kayode snd Reno!! It is all politics.

This is the only type of thread you become very active and vocal.
Yet, there's hardly a week Fulani does not kill in your state. and you'll never say piim
So, because in not active in other threads, IGBOS ARE ALLIWED TO ENDORSE THE KILLING OF IGBOS BY WIKE, waving the act aside with a FORGET WIKE statement.

Omenka is the decider of how Igbos react to issues affecting Ndigbo, right?

Are you guys not an interesting people.
PoliticsRe: Military Operation In Oyigbo, Rivers State Leads To Humanitarian Crisis - by omenka(m):
I sympathize with the innocent ones caught in the imbroglio between the millitary and Ipob.

That said, it is interesting seeing the quietude in the South East in the face of what is happening. So much so that one Gidgiddi who prides himself as an Igbo leader on the forum waved it aside saying FORGET WIKE.

It is now obvious Igbos react to the death of Igbos depending on who is responsible for the killing.

We saw it with Peter Obi when he killed tens of Igbos in Akwuzu, and now Wike.

They even seemed more concerned about the incident at Lekki than this in Rivers, with nearly all Lekki threads running into no less than 8 pages!!

We live in very interesting times.

Anyone who thinks those celebrities didnt cash out of the protests is a hopeless dumbo.

Some wanted to cash out more, reason why they were desperate to have the protests continue even after the disbandment of SARS which was the original objective of the protesters.

These celebrities should be blamed for most of the carnage that resulted from the protests.

WE WILL KILL WIKE.

WE NEVER FORGET, EVEN IF WE FORGIVE.

SO WE KILL WIKE, FORGIVE HIM AFTER THAT AS OUR FELLOW IGBO BROTHER.
So, you therefore agree with Gidgiddi that Igbos can be killed by Wike and we should forget about him.

Since you failed to "respond to the comment as requested".

Why would any one who claims to be Igbo say forget Wike in the face of such carnage against a people he calls his brothers? Don't you doubt the Igboness of Gidgiddi?

Frankly speaking I find it hard to believe any politician love and care about us. Outside their pockets.

Please correct me if I'm wrong with genuine evidence, not this their media campaign
There were some who did, in my opinion anyway.

I think Aunty Dora (rest her gentle soul) did genuinely have our interest at heart.

I believe Ken Nnamani did too (dont know if he still does).

Nuhu Ribadu I also have faith in.

Then, maybe, Zulum.

The rest, I'm not so sure.

Gidgiddi, ARE YOU REALLY IGBO?

Are you sure you aren't one of those imposters being talked about here? How can Igbos be killed and all you can do is say FORGET WIKE? Are the lives of Igbos that insignificant?

Now you are beginning to understand why Igbos such as me want our own separate country where nobody will kill us any more.
So as long as Igbos don't have that country YET, they can be SLAUGHTERED and all they have to say is "forget whoever is slaughtering Igbos!!".

Forget Wike, Obigbo was there long before he came and Obigbo will there long after he has gone. As for the Northerners he is trying to please, he will never be nothing more than an errand boy.

Forget Wike, 2013 he will be gone and assigned to the dustbin of history
Igbos being "slaughtered" by Wike and the best they can say is FORGET WIKE.

These were the same people that wanted to raze down Nairaland over the alleged Lekki incidence. But they themselves are allegedly being killed and the best they can say is "forget Wike".

This comment has been saved for future reference. It, by implication, is saying Wike is free to kill Igbos as long as he is in office.

Is the world not such a beautiful place!

Who doesn't know the dog-eat-dog of Nigerian politics? If you're ready to kill your people to please outsiders and sound politically correct, you can go ahead but the end justifies the means. If want the north to love you and support your presidential ambition, you have to kill your people to please them or give Fulani herdsmen free land or keep mute while they slaughter your people.
The North aren't clapping for him. The problem is why aren't Igbos, known to viciously attack anyone who even dares to question them, attacking Wike who is "KILLING" them?

What could be behind this? Are they this scared of Wike?
