How do you think that Benue state will have border with Enugu and Ebonyi states but there wont be Igbos in the lower Benue? You think that the border was precise? Idomas are supposed to be indigenous to Benue but there is an Idoma minority in Enugu state. So it is possible for Idoma to be in Enugu state but not possible for Igbo to be in Benue?



Another thing to consider is how the villages are called Umuezeokohia, Umuoghara, Umuezeoka, etc. Everyone knows that it is only Igbo villages that start with the prefix 'umu'.


It is well known that there are Igbos villages carved into the lower Benue to make up the low population of that state. When we get Biafra, we will not concede one inch of Igbo land to nobody. Oju and Obi are the Igede speaking LGAs in Benue state. We are the third largest ethnic group in the state. The only Igbos you find in Oju and Obi are those into clothing and building materials business in Ihiejwo and Obarike Ito markets respectively.
