Bro come on. I feel more for the thieves who snatch handbags and steal handsets and get stripped to their boxers while both their legs and hands are cuffed.

It is standard procedure. He isn't above the law.

I will live to tell my children about Baba!!!!

It's glorious witnessing this personally.

These pics would send a million messages to both PDP and APC members that might be plotting to rip this country off. It is just almost unbelievable such pics could emanate from this country.

God, abeg, bless that judge abundantly and bless Magu for being steadfast in the execution of this onerous task of ridding the system of big crooks and not running around after yahoo hustlers from Aba to Ikeja to Asaba to Benin.

Just to digress:

The presentation of this Rochas Okorocha's Special Assistant on Channels tv is totally disgraceful! I felt like throwing up at the end. The guy is so full of lies.

When discrepancies were highlighted by Alede on the documents he himself (the Assistant) presented, all he could muster was "this is a private document"!! If they were private document, why bring them to public fora?? angry

Asked how many months arrears they paid, he said "I think about 5". Alede pointed out that the document (payment voucher) says 10months, and the fool says "I said about five, I wasn't certain". Oga, there is a VAST difference between 5 and 10!!

These government officials could give one a heart attack with their lies someday! angry

When I told them to stop making all those statements with certainty like "Wike WILL WIN", "Dakuku WILL NEVER smell Rivers government house", that they should excise some restraint given the experience we had with Baba and Jonathan, they ignored me and those who did respond called me all sorts of unprintable names..

Now we can sense how deflated their confidence have become- from Wike WILL win to "he should work hard and hopefully, he will win".

Everybody is running away to APC and they
expect me to stay calm and suffer the brunt
alone. It will never happen. We were in it
together and we must suffer together.

If they say I stole money in the Ministry of Education, I didn’t eat it alone. All of you took part. Some of you built the Almajari Schools, some built the Unity Schools, some supplied books, others supervised projects. I have my proofs.

Today, everybody is shouting Wike killed to get to power. Did I as a person kill any Rivers man, no. They were killed in your LGAs by your boys. Now all of you are planning to run to APC for protection.

I called you here today to inform you
that I won’t accept that. I must fight back. If I go

My brother, if you knew this guy, you would know he could not have gone any other way.

They say he who sows the wind will reap a hurricane.

What then do we say about he who sows a hurricane?

Bayo Ajia sowed a hurricane.
The way he was killed doesn't make him any deader than he would have had he been simply shot in the head, that is what I'm saying.

Don't get me wrong, matter of fact, there was one of such men in my state which a lot of folks wish could just be killed, including myself. But that was never to be as he had immense backing from the previous government. He was so powerful even commissioners respected/feared him so much, ditto security officials!! Dude was just a common thug but when any of his "boys" commits a crime, bail/release comes so easily as soon as they mention his name!!

Twice he was whisked to Abuja but was back before anyone knew he was gone. His powers became diluted when one older Lordi came back from exile. The atrocities those guys committed, from killing to extortion, were just too much. But with the current admin, no one hears about them anymore- but that doesn't erase their past sins.

Be that as it may, I wouldn't wanna see them being mauled to death in this manner, a couple of shots to some vital organs can do the job. Acts like this only make us appear like cavemen which we aren't.

Politics › Re: 55 Nigerians Stole N1.34 Trillion – Lai Mohammed by omenka(m): 6:11am On Jan 19, 2016
Trust the PDP guys not to carry out a deep introspection on this. They'd read the headline and then, as programmed to, go into an attack mode.

Here are some salient questions raised by Lai:

Based on these revelations, should we now fold our hands and allow these people to go away with public funds?

Is anyone thinking about the innocent soldiers who lost their lives just because they did not get the necessary weapons to fight the terrorists?

What about the families left behind by these soldiers who were sent to their early graves because of the misappropriation of these funds?
What about those who lost their means of livelihood after the terrorists overran their towns and villages?

What of the millions of Nigerians, especially
women and children, who are now living in IDP
camps?

Is it not clear that the cruel fate that has
befallen these unfortunate people is a direct
result of the misuse of the funds meant to fight
the terrorists?

Are these not the true costs of corruption?
These are the questions people with anything in them that resembles a conscience would ask themselves, but hell, the PDP supporters would rather descend hard on the thread and throw invectives around like Dasuki shared money.

I'm consoled by the fact the government has remained steadfast and dogged and has weathered all the storm of blackmail from these people intended to distract it from pursuing these cases to a logical conclusion.

Nigeria will definitely arise from the ashes again.

crudeoilagent:
Honestly speaking I am confused with the way things are going in this country. Nigeria was not like this two years ago.

The question now is; are we heading to our glory or we are heading to our doom. I am not a prophet of doom but if things continue this way we are headed straight to a trailer which ll show no mercy in crushing us like cockroach.

Please I want to know if I am the only one with this fear of doom.

Please your comment is highly welcomed.
What "things" are you referring to??

If you are talking about the economy, watch more of international news, cnn, aljazeera etc, and you'd understand what is going on.

Had PDP diversified our economy during the boom years, we wouldn't have been in this mess. This time last year, oil sold for over 100dollars pb, what did Jonathan do with all that money?

Nigeria has NEVER earned as much as it did during the years of Jonathan (due to record oil prices), did we witness a commensurate growth in the economy?? They rather shared the proceeds amongst themselves, "stealing and bleeding the country dry" (in the words of Amanpour during her interview with Jo).

Without much savings, we can hardly cushion the effect of the fall in oil prices as it affects even most advanced economies.

Stop trying to blame whatever you are going through on the present admin. Try to make the most of the situation.
