This is the problem with our policy makers. They see a problem, and instead of confronting and fixing it, they rather go to town looking for the darkest shades to put over eyes so they don't see it anymore!! Who the hell does that How does believing a problem no longer exist solve the problem??In their heart of hearts, can they even believe a bit of this figure?? Are they trying to say only about 7 out of every hundred Nigerians are unemployed?? Haba. This is simply ridiculous. |
Honestly if our security agencies could be well funded and equipped, we wouldn't need violent groups like OPC and militants to "protect" our public installations. |
Nigerian customs is the worst honestly. I know this for a fact. |
omoadeleye:Smh. You are simply naïve. I guess I know why. Have a nice day. |
Ochiske:What you guys are doing isn't just funny. If the man has bad policies and failed in governance, take him on on that, but it is absolutely irresponsible laughing at him and his family in this manner. Tomorrow when a white man insults you simply because of your skin colour, you call him a racist. Smh. |
Oh well, I don't think I'd miss him. |
I believe this plan would improve transparency and accountability. Everyone making last minute attempts to clean house. Buhari's image indeed precedes him. Not a finger lifted, yet people seem to be shitting in their pants already. We are hopeful things will get much better in this country. One banker however says, “I think the game may be up for us now.”What a confession... God bless Nigeria. |
InvertedHammer:Wouldn't like to join issues with anyone on this, but you might be quick to talk about almajiri schools but didn't know he built a university in Otuoke. What about the $16billion export processing zone in Bayelsa/Delta that has been the object of bickering amongst the Ijaws, Urhobos and Istekiris?? You see? All that "he did nothing for his people" are just mere emotional tantrums. |
asapeola:You just gotta love this forum!! Lmao!! ![]() |
HBD sir. Where is Doyin Okupe?? Isn't he out of that swimming pool yet ![]() |
omoadeleye:You don't need to be seeing someone eye to eye to have issues with them, neither do you need to be under the same roof with someone to see them eye to eye. Would they be barred from their father's house ![]() |
Hope he'd be on ground to receive the trekkers though. I gather they are already close to Bayelsa. |
The wicked run when no one pursueth. |
Now this is truly hilarious!! Lmao. But why Nigerians like to demonise cats and owls like this?? ![]() |
Wow. Even assembly members are tinkering with the idea. Should the assembly go the way of APC, that would spell doom for PDP in the state, just as in Ogun after Obj. ![]() |
Wow. Lovely kids. Just pray they don't pick fights with the young lady and vice versa, because more often than not that tends to be the case. God favours them all. |
Cant find the post where I said this, but I did say the only hope of a comeback for PDP is a merger and a change of name. ![]() Sometimes I think myself a political prophet, or perhaps, politically, Nigeria is very predictable. ![]() |
oneeast:I don't know... Although I see a lot of folks using the line - what did he do for his people?- I don't quite subscribe to that argument. Mr Jonathan was voted as the president of Nigeria, his people are Nigerians, and his domain encapsulates the entire landmass of Nigeria and her maritime boundary and not a particular section of the country. If he failed "his people", then it is Nigerians he failed, and if he does well to his people, it is still the generality of Nigerians that would enjoy the goodies. My dad told me something once. He said "power rotation is rotation of corruption", and he is so damn right. Think about it, should all zones receive equal treatment and attention from whoever it is that occupies the center, who would have time or care a hoot agitation for power?? That is why ironically, I sort of say it is rather commendable for a guy in Nigerian polity if he is being vilified by people that "he did nothing for his people. It somewhat shows he's not ethnocentric. ![]() Only problem is when everybody complains he did nothing for them. It simply means all he did, he did for himself and himself only. |
Nigeria will rise again. I believe. |
Wish them all the happiness and bliss of marriage. Love is indeed a beautiful thing. They appear really happy. ![]() |
sarahatuba:Guess we've got way too many blind guys out there these days. . A fine gentleman who deserves you will surely find you sooner than you imagine. Pray your aren't setting your bars too high. ![]() |
sarahatuba:Thanks a lot dear. You?? |
sarahatuba:Working towards November. ![]() |

Ezenwammadu:Yeah, it does look funny. Shy in a way. . Apparently isn't used to such PDAs. ![]() |
Love is such a beautiful thing. Falling in love and being loved in return is the sweetest feeling in the world. I remember how it felt like 9years ago. ![]() |
