Work Experience has noting to do with a graduate trainee position.. that's my opinion (if you are good you are good). If you have previous experience it could be a minimal advantage.

I'm also struck by the rank hypocrisy of many critics of Israel who have remained silent in the face of the incessant Muslim-on-Muslim slaughter occuring on a daily basis throughout the world.
Thousands of children are being butchered in Syria - by Muslims; thousands of innocent civilians are being butchered every month in Iraq - by Muslims; not to mention the daily unspeakable atrocities being carried out in Nigeria,Kenya, Afghanistan and Pakistan against women and children - by Muslims.
Yet for some inexplicable reason they only raise their voices in synthetic outrage when Israel (disproportionately and unacceptably - agreed) defends itself initially against Hamas's rockets.
