first let me congratulate you on your admission into the premier pharmacy school. What started as a dream a year ago has now become a reality.

Pharmacy in OAU is a 5 years degree programme after which u obtain ur B.pharm certificate.
Your first year will be a pre-pharm which entails your science courses which u MUST NOT fail one of them before u proceed on to ur 2nd part(200L) which is another race that you will get to know later. Don't let me talk more so as not to scaring you.
But u have to prepare and work very hard. You need prayer, hardworking, commitment, resilience to survive pharmacy in OAU.... All the best.

I know of people with 300plus who got admission and was withdrawn later while some with barely 200plus have graduated with distinction. Pharm or Med sciences requires brilliancy for admission, but for graduation, dedication and consistency is required. I gained admission with 203 average score(ELDS things, Bayless) and all through my stay, I had distinctions. So focus on passing utme/waec well, then after admission, be smart, dedicated and consistent with studying. Pharm School is crazy therefore, make sure you are choosing the course because you love it and not because you couldn't get medicine, I bet you, if you do, you would be frustrated that is if you weren't withdrawn. If you need alternatives for med, do nursing, med rehab, physiotherapy or mls. All the best. If you can dream it, you can be it!

However what am trying to make you aware of, is that science has not even start scratching the surface when it comes to curing ailment. Maybe you think the bulk stops at medical airment alone. As far the twenty first century goes, pyschic ailment are catching up with medical. many of which has not even been documented. Expecially here in our clime where we still very much at the level of primitive medical science. So when you are done solving the countless unsolve medical case out there. Move up! There is the small matter of billion of sick mind to attent to.;that this twisted twenty first century as manage to produce.

Ok. I was born very light but now I'm in mid 20s with a very black face, choco neck and very light body. My feet and outer hand are dark and people keep thinking I'm bleaching. Who bleaches the body and leave out the face? I can't wear shorts in peace without people looking at me one kain.. I had lots of pimples during puberty which I used sulphur on and little fashion fair.. Also, I hardly put off cloths and if I do so, you can see the shape of the cloth on my body part it covered being way lighter. Same with shoes, if I wear shoes or slippers, you can see the covered parts being lighter. I want to see your views please. Thanks
