so out of curiosity, i visited the general post office in the city (most probable place it'd get to first before the dispatch. nothing yet,the man i met said it should arrive tomorrow, by monday he Will Put A Call Through.

Today is Friday, provided it is EMS, they'll bring it to you but if they don't, check there tomorrow.

About card, go ahead with Appeal. Provide all other requested documents with the new card. Under the Additional Information field, give them the details of what transpired. If you can get ahold of your old card details via your ibank platform, that could help!

Did you request for Card Replacement via ibank platform? If yes, check the page, you should be able to see information to corroborate your lost card claim or contact your Account manager via the ibank platform for possible assistance.

Both EMS and Parcel/Cargo items will be conveyed by the same vehicle. So, it doesn't make any difference except that EMS will deliver the package to d receipient at his/her doorstep but recipient will be called for pick up.
