No, you have to use a dollar card. Naira debit card doesn't work because it's capped at $20 monthly limit.

It’s the same fee for both main applicant and dependants. Check if you made an error.

I've checked through, I can't seem to figure where I might have gone wrong. I checked all the kind of visa fees available, none correlates with 628 usd

As long as you declare it, a one line of insufficient ties should be fine,you don't need an essay to explain the rejection.
