I think the possibility of visa sponsorship is a major reason why a lot of people work in care. I mean, that's a major advantage for care over warehouse or other jobs as it were.

Bros you dey try for this basic fare. Madam no dey carry better suitcase travel? There’s no way my toiletries will fit into Ryanair or Wizz Air cabin baggage let alone clothes. I’ll advise people to upgrade to the fare with checked baggage to avoid nasty surprises at the airport.
lmao.

When we're going to certain places we just do extra 10kg. But since we got a bag from temu, we don get the hack. Lol

Even the seat, we don't pay. We will see in our various location.

Please my colleague share your experience on practical driving with examiner and for those that pass the the driving test without engaging with instructor lessons, kindly itemise the material used and other stuff that you think i can read as well to scale through as first time right.
DGN Videos on youtube.

to be honest, if you have not been driving here in the UK(own your car) or practising, just go for driving lesson. watching videos alone won't get you through roundabouts or the manoeuvres.

Others can speak on the topic, but this is my advise.

Please who has done NHS interview for IT role before.

Asides the job description and PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS part, is there any major thing else to look out for ?

So I have finally passed o.

With 0 minors. Flawless

I like to think centre matters and examiner too. Last one I did said I failed because I was going 23mph on a 20mph. My mistake was following satnav speed limit whereas we're in a 20 zone.

Mornings Guys,

Please this might sound like a silly question.

Kindly what can some that studied Master's in Public Health here apply for under NHS, roles named or with names like public health are not so common. I know it's all dependent on the individual also, however with all of the things I have read here, it won't be nice for one to limit one's self to Care jobs alone. I understand experience in it (social care/HCA) might/should count as a valid experience also.

Suggestions will be highly appreciated also sponsorship too is key.

You start paying when you switch visas. As long as you're still withing your student visa period you're good. You'll have to go back to the council to revise the bill as you're not affected until February of next year, unless you switch visas earlier.
Thank you so much for your response
Travel / Re: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 3) by OmichaelO: 3:09pm On Sep 15, 2023
Guys, Kindly, on the council tax issue.

when does a student start paying?

for example, student came in sept 2022 (start of session) and visa expires January 2023

and council tax bill was received for upcoming 6 month October till march. do thry start paying after one year or until their graduation/expiration of studentship?

So that one will not be arguing or contesting what is not and one is in the wrong.

Hmmm... another topic that needs to be visited. I will try and prepare a detailed explanation later, please remind me.

If she's a pensioner, why are you depositing money in her account I have applied for pensioners with little money in their account. Equivalent of like £150. As long as they have a sponsor and their regular pension inflow shows, it should be fine. Dumping unexplainable money in her account is one of the quick ways to get her visa denied.
Bless you sir.

I appreciate. I will mention you in few days time as reminder.

Morning Guys,

Please if I want to invite my mother say in the next 6 months.

Is it too early to start depositing money in her account ? Though she's a pensioner but just to be on a safe side.

And what else do I need to do for those that tried inviting their their parents.

Seems those are the available dates as at when you searched. You have to keep searching, an instructor told me the system is refreshed Monday mornings, so maybe check on Monday morning. You can also use consultants who swap dates for a fee.
Thank you boss.

Please, the consultant part do you mean the driving lesson instructor?

My questions plenty small

1) please which of these app is the best app for preparing for the driving test

2) if i invite a friend from nigeria for my graduation and he elopes what will happen?

3) how exactly does the gov know the right amount of tax to debit from our salary monthly?
I know its very easy to determine how much tax one is to pay monthly provided ones annual income is known.
But what about someone who just started a job and the monthly income is not static, and such person has not even used a year yet. How then did the gov know exactly the right amount that they are debiting monthly?

4) if someone works two job, will the two wages be taxed separately or the taxes for the two jobs will be taken from the wage of one of the jobs

5) i noticed that most jobs ask for driver license and even if your role does not concern care they still put DL license as requirements why? Does project manager want to be going shopping for CEO ni?

6) i know that the requirement for COS is proof of english, someone was telling me that companies here in uk dont like accepting transcript or waiver from your uni in nigeria that it is either ielts or ecctis verification.

And this got me confused, afterall the company should know that i scaled through english test before even being accepted to run a masters degree in uk, so why cant they use my nigerian bsc transcript or uk msc transcript or CAS as proof of english proficiency, why must it be ecctis rating or ielts, or could the person who told me this info be blatantly wrong?
I will answer the ones I'm sure .

1. I used the first app . 4 in 1 driving test

5. Lmaoooo. I think some companies do on-call for our of hours and incase you need to be there for something. Mine is not care, they are advising me to get one. And I like to think having it improves one chances of getting a job by 10% if not more.

6. If you did your MSc here or doing your MSc here. You don't need proof of English egain na.
