Yes. You can apply for another Msc. But you must not mention your 1st MSC when applying for visa.

Also, You will have to find something else to fill up the time you spent doing the Msc because there can't be dormant years where you didn't do anything.

They are not Japanese. But Asian.
This is not first time.
I saw same crime on TV news before.

Their target was Vietnamese.
They are group. They made fake Japanese language school website.
Some of them are in Vietnam and some are in Japan.

Nobody knows who is next target.
I even saw someone offering fake papers on this website.
If you got fake papers and use it in Japan, that is crime.

After you get in, there are many scholarships you can apply to. This is because you are a student unlike when you were a prospective student. There exist limited number (not more than five last I researched) for a Nigerian to apply while in Nigeria as a prospective student. The issue here is having to present living expenses bank statement to the immigration authorities prior to being issued the CESR (pre-visa). This process is independent of your admission and payment of tuition. If you already have an MSc, then it is best you apply to a PhD program - better chances for the professor to apply for scholarships (which will cater for your living expenses) on your behalf prior to coming so that the immigration authorities will have an evidence there is a source of finance to cater for yourself. Remember, these living expenses are the periods for your program. MSc is for two years while PhD is for three years. Also, I don't know how old you are but I don't see the point targeting another MSc. Why not a PhD? Then again, this depends entirely on you and your professor of interest.

And I think this is a great advice, I will look out for PhD possibilities too. I've just never really thought about it that much that's why, and I want to witness what education feels like in another part of the world, before jumping on PhD. I don't think I did enough here or I was well grounded enough.

The higher the band score, the better. There's no harm in hitting 9.0. To be on the safe side, minimum of 7.0. It's not like they speak better English than Anglophone Africans (can't blame anyway. It's not their official language) but for scholarship purposes and if you are applying to a top university/competitive program, a higher band score won't be bad.
