c2-01,it as 3g,3.2mp etc, tho' it

am not getting 3G signals yet.if i search i'd see etisalat 3g,but if i try to activate it,it shows NO ACCESS.

Anytime i switch on my nokia-c5 it displays headset options as if i inserted one, and if i insert earpiece and remove it,the earpiece logo won't disappear, it will remain there,so i can't receive calls,play musics,watch videos etc, PLEASE I NEED HELP Y'ALL, THANKS
