Exactly 10 days after you submitted. I think the panicking should start after 10 days since you submitted.

Some people get it earlier but you're right! I got worried cos my travel date was too close

I haven't gotten my letter of introduction or passport yet, it's just the counterfoil document number and my profile changed from submitted to approved

Yes I did, and I think it worked cos my counterfoil number is already on my online portal, I can send you the mail I sent to them

Justobserving1 and pheoebe, I didn't have to go to the embassy anymore cos I got a reply from Nairobi. They said something about the application being finalized and the passport will be sent to Vfs in a few days!

I think you can send a mail with a scanned copy of your ticket

submitted mine on the 3rd of December. My correspondence letter came today. Hopefully, I will get my passport within this week. Just chill, you may still get it this week. I hope this helps

So I got the biometric validity mail again today(second time I'm getting it), I'm actually very worried now cos I'm traveling next Thursday and I haven't gotten my passport back

That is what my portal says too I just tracked it, it’s saying my passport is being processed at the Canada visa office

When I submitted mine, the person said you can come for pickup after 5-10 working days

When did you submit and has anything changed on your cic portal? Mine is still the same, eligibility review is on but it shows application has been approved send passport to finalize application. Is yours the same way?

Same here o. Submitted mine on the 7th and not heard from them. Has counterfoil details showed on your portal? I think I'll get to vfs today.
