Hello famz,

I'm trying to bring my mom to canada via supervisa to help take care of my newborn.

Mom is a trader with very low bank activity.

I would like to know if I can apply for supervisa for her without her bank statement. Is my bank statement and NOA sufficient for supervisa application?

The decision envelope for your application, tracking has been received from the IRCC Office on Thu Dec 14 2023 at the Canada Visa Application Centre, Lagos and is ready for collection.

We submitted in abuja, don't know why it's ready for collection in Lagos.

No. He doesn't have a usa or any other visa.

I am a PR here and submitted my MIL application on 15th October. Biometric completed on 30th October. I have not received any response. Wifey will be due in few days.

It's actually a first time application.
Biometrics was Nov 13.

IRCC aren't predictable

He should have stated the exact date of his biometric, that's when you can say what you said.

Date of biometric matters most as I believe he has done biometric previously as such the fast response he got.

The nairobi vfs was very responsive. I messaged them twice and they replied promplty.

Yes yes. They sent notification a week after it was delivered at the vfs, everything else was fast after that. Got Passport back a week after getting the notification

I dont think there's a required spec, showing it on your mobile is be fine.

We contacted them. They said we'll get the tracking by the end of today or tomorrow.

Hi bro,
Please did you receive any update via email/ text from vfs Nairobi after your passports were delivered by DHL?
I expected a message or email from them stating when passport is transmitted from the nairobi vac to ircc but I haven't received such since passport was delivered to to the vfs on Thursday.

You need not to worry.
Lots of people experience several months of silence and boom 💥 they'd receive medical request, prearrival, and ppr all in their 7th/8th/9th/10th month.
Just chill and prepare for life in canada

My husband already got the email for sponsor eligibility July 18
Till date I haven’t received medical request it seems like my application is abandoned please I need help 😔 for my mental health

Normally, Your sister can be sponsored while in canada with dependant outside Canada, once approved the dependant outside Canada would submit passport for immigrant visa to join them in canada. However, a child is considered to be a dependent if they are under 22 years old and are not married or in a common-law relationship. A child over the age of 22 will be considered a dependent if they suffer from a physical or mental condition that prevents them from being able to support themselves.

She is to get married to her spouse over there so as to sponsor her for PR. Is it possible for her spouse to sponsor her and her son while she’s in Canada and her son is here in Nigeria? Her Spouse is a Canadian citizen. Her son will be 22 next year April
