|Travel / Re: Ogun Bridge In Panseke Adigbe, Longest Pedestrian Bridge AKA Bridge Of Confusion by omofunaab(m): 2:43pm On Aug 30, 2018|
Idiots who have never been to Panseke before in their life are here shouting "bridge of confusion " "ugly " etc.
The bridge links panseke, quarry road, post office and onikoko.. That axis is very busy in the morning, afternoon and evening.
The first time Amosun built a pedestrian bridge at Oke-Sokori , They said he shouldn't have cited it in that axis instead the bridge should have been cited at Panseke.
Now Amosun has done what they want, idiots are now saying it's confusing and ugly. .if you need manual on how to navigate a pedestrian bridge then it shows something is wrong with you.
Below is the Pedestrian bridge at Oke-Sokori that people have refused to use.. .i may not be a fan of Amosun anymore but people should stop saying rubbish Just to criticize him everytime.

Na saraki dey see himself as fulani, those guys still see him as an "Afonja" when the senate president tussle was going on, the core Northerners suddenly realized Saraki was yoruba and thought it would be a mistake if Yoruba should be Number 2 and Number 3

The Owus ran out of their heavily fortified city about 1826. They escaped through their southeastern gate in groups and entered their assailant territories through Ijebu Igbo and spread southward, settling in places like Ikija, Omu, Ayepe and other places. However, the main body of Owu escapees went towards the new settlement of Ibadan
. It is important to state that the present Orile Owu is the same place as Owu Ipole, earlier referred to, where Owus from Iwo and other places resettled in the early 20th century.
The main body of escapees from Ibadan marched across Ogun river and finally arrived at Oke Ata near Abeokuta where Sodeke and other Egba leaders persuaded them to settle about 1834. Again, Owu fought side by side with Egba in the Makun and other wars against Ado Odo and Dahomey in 1842-45. Owu contingents fought and routed Awori at Itori, Yobo, Ifo, Atan, Ota and also occupied those places till today.
Yes, Owu people had fought wars, won battles and settled in very many places between the Niger river and the sea (Owus in Lagos State; Epe, etc.), yet their main stream had settled among the Egbas in Abeokuta BUT, THEY ARE NOT EGBAS, neither are they lJEBUS. (See Johnson’s “History of the Yorubas, p.18). Owu settlements in Ijebu and Abeokuta were not as a result of direct battles or victory over them, but mostly on friendly terms.

Lol, what do you mean by Owus of obasanjo?
There are Owus everywhere except Ekiti and Ondo. .
The Owus in ijebu migrated there after the war just like the Owus in abeokuta, The Owus in badagry, Owu ikosi in lagos etc
Only Owu kuta in Osun state and Owu isin existed before the war.
There's an annual convention that brings all Owus together. . It's called Ruop, Royal Union of owu people
It was last hosted by Owu abeokuta in Ogun.
Get over all these wars that happened centuries ago

I think we need to be careful about this terrorist tag we've given to IPOB. Not that I care about those guys but I think the fulani herdsmen who go about razing down villages constitute a serious threat to the Unity of this country.
I also think if the government is really serious about preserving any stupid unity then those guys that issued the quit notice ought to have been arrested. .
The government is setting a bad precedence here. . They should quit this double standards.. .
