In the SE and SS, just like Lagos..everybody want to own a street, boulevard, crescent....even in rural areas ..people builds mansion and drafts their street....that is the reason, their governors finds it difficult to meet everyone needs in terms of roads construction and rehabilitation... some persons construct the roads on their own.....
And sometimes it depends on their kind of houses...

Igbos are not indegenous to Lagos as it's Yorubaland. Some Igbos just use it to taunt their Yoruba adversaries. though lagos is home to a lot of us just like it is to Yorubas as long as we're ONE Nigeria.
