For ur info I was born n bred in the heart of Lagos (surulere) my father is amongst those that developed Lagos.
That a part of ogun state is industrrialised with foreign factories n what have u does not mean ogun state is developed . I Worked with a football club that is domiciled in sagamu ,n we play in the nigerian league thus I hav bin opportuned to travel round the south west n Nigeria at large.
So believe me when I tell u that after the north east the least developed region is the south west (excluding Lagos of course bin a no man's land)
