Lets stop deceiving ourselves, Ogun state aint leading .
Ogun state residents and indigenes should stop voting in Governors for the second term. They dont perform on their return.
When I said Ogun leads others follow, I was referring to the successful indigenes of the state... They are leading In all ramifications

Sincerely speaking, I salute the courage of Senator Ibikunle Amosun for taking the issue of urban renewal via road infrastructure development seriously. But what I find funny is the propaganda behind the work.

If indeed we have 40 projects on ground to be commissioned as he makes us believe, why the rush-mush-hush completion of the roads. The ones that were done last year for over six months are beginning to have potholes, let alone the shoddy jobs been rushed for commissioning within four days, I fear their longevity.

Anyway, once again congratulations to my state - Ogun state, I know that the future is bright. And welcome, president Buhari.
. God bless you. .. We appreciate what amosun is doing but the propaganda is too much... I was at omida market today the stalls haven't been fully completed.. I fear for the durability of these roads with the way they are hurriedly done... Amosun shouldn't spoil the good things he has done before. ... Happy anniversary my state... Ogun state leads others follow

My question still remains ,why is amosun not doing anything to the rural areas like waterside, ipokia ...are they not part of ogun state, even matogun, ijoko are in a state of hogamoga....are abeokuta ,sagamu and otta the only places in ogun state?
A six lane road or a flyover won't benefit towns like ipokia, waterside but they are other things amosun can do to those areas, it's only major towns in Ogun state that needs these type of roads and flyovers.. The truth is they are several places even in abeokuta that needs government attention, but we assume the government can't do everything at the same time.

Shut up your dirty mouth there you know nothing in Nigeria system of politics there's what we called party supremacy and ruthless opposition (never see anything good in the ruling party) that's what gave apc power today and we're just reciprocating what we learnt from them and any member not comfortable with it should just get out.

more ruthless opposition to come
and finally loyalty pays that's why no matter the political affiliation i respects people like gbawe, Beremx, donphilopus, Egift these are the people that supported apc even when it seems that their chances of winning is almost 0% they stood firm from Cpc to acn till apc back to back that's loyalty i respect them for that.
if you don't stand for something then you'll fall for anything and that's TonyeBarcanista
I understand people like you, to you Nigeria doesn't mean anything to as long as you favorite party is there, whether your party is doing the right thing doesn't concern people like you.. . But to people like me, am more concerned about wat affects the populace, politics might be a game to u but to some it's not.... Like I said earlier loyalty to one's country should be paramount

Exactly!!!

its so common of people to label you hypocrite once you change your opinion about something you are known for undecided

So because I'm a APC supporter , I must accept everything about them even when they are wrong or I should condemn PDP even when they are right.

This mentality is what is pulling the nation backward. Nobody wants to bring in new ideas or way out because my political party is not in power.

It's ridiculous angry
I have noticed that when you are objective on this forum or ur opinion doesn't tally with others, people will call you names... Let's learn to criticize what is bad in APC nd what is bad in pdp not minding political affiliations. .. Not everything buhari is doing is right nd not everything Jonathan did was wrong..
Politics › Re: Open Letter To Tonyebarcanista Formerly Known As Barcanista - Theophilus by omofunaab(m): 8:00pm On Jan 14, 2016
The day Nigerians realizes that everything is not about being partisan the better, we must condemn what is wrong no matter political affiliations, everybody can't think the same way.. You must decide which one comes first, loyalty to your country or loyalty to your political party

Those shouting Oau ar still living in the past, funaab represents the modern day University, the classrooms are magnificent, it has the best halls of residence in the whole of Nigeria , no hand out, no lecturer harassment, cultism is not well pronounced, the transport system is top class (funaabot), the sch emphasizes on I. T technology a lot,... Those people saying funaab social life is zero well incase you don't know kiss Daniel and japhet omojuwa finished from funaab... But the school lay much emphasis on academic excellence than any other thing. ... welcome to funaab where a room in the hall of residence has two bathrooms and a toilet each also funaab was one of the last generation of universities but see where they are today compared to others .... We don't like making noise like the other universities

The most beautiful University in Nigeria, it has the best hostel facilities. I have been to fajuyi hall in Oau during nuga and what I saw there was a mess, lizards everywhere in the room. . Funaab halls of residence has air conditioners in their common rooms and reading rooms, also a room has two toilets each with one bathroom.. It's just that we don't like making noise like the other universities

Rip mama awolowo.... But to be sincere I have not seen someone buried like this before in my life.. Even OGTV news is dedicated to covering this entire burial... Golden caskets, lots of the state resources being diverted to her burial and still the government is owing salaries of lecturers.... So I decided to make little findings on my own about mama awolowo, what she has achieved to nation building to warrant such type of burial... I could say I was disappointed because other than her being the wife of the premier of the Western region( late obafemi awolowo) , she was just a normal businesswoman.. Yes she was with her husband campaigning during the days of UPN and AG, but that is expected of her as a loyal wife to the husband... Even late Stella obasanjo accompanied her husband to campaign rallies also and she wasn't buried like this.. Current first ladies were with their husbands too during campaigns.. It's a normal thing . Another one was that she stood by her husband when he was in prison.... Well that is also normal for an house wife to do... Are we supposed to praise her for not abandoning her legally married husband or we should sing praises of her for not betraying her husband.. The likes of winnie Mandela, Mrs funmilayo ransom kuti and even the late kudirat Abiola that went extra mile to achieve democracy for we Nigerians have contributed to their respective nations . We all remember baba awolowo for what he did for this nation, his legacies will never be forgotten but mama will always be remembered as baba's wife and nothing more. The honor we are giving her is because of her late husband, I know she will be a role model to a lot of intending house wives... The state government should just please give mama a befitting burial and stop wasting our resources on irrelevant things.. Inviting Ebenezer obey, sunny ade, wale ayuba, musiliu haruna ishola and other artists to her burial will not bring her back... I think she will be more happy if u construct roads build hospitals and name them after her.... I think she will be joyous wherever she is.

Rest in peace mama
