A statement issued by President Buhari’s special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina, reacted fiercely to a statement by the PDP’s national publicity secretary, Olisa Metuh. The presidential spokesman warned that Mr. Metuh and his ilk were attempting to distract the president, adding that their effort would fail.

“President Buhari will remain true to the virtues of honesty, integrity, sincerity, incorruptibility and plain-speaking which endeared him to Nigerians and made them prefer his leadership [to] that of a lying and deceptive PDP administration,” said the presidential statement, titled “President Buhari Will Always Tell Nigerians The Truth.”

Mr. Adesina added: “The President will not, in the guise of ‘marketing’ the country, refrain from telling Nigerians and the world, the emerging truths about the abject state in which years of plundering by a PDP leadership has left the Nigerian treasury and economy.

Due to the numerous "i want to start programming, which language should i start with" threads on this board i decided to create a thread that will address this issue. I am not a wonderful writer and i won't say i know it all but i will try. I urge every one on this board to correct me where i err an also contribute in whatever way you can to make this thread worth it. I will try as much as possible not to be biased in this write up.

I am not going to go into detail in defining what programming is because i will assume before entering this thread you should already know what programming is. But in summary programming is the act of creating whatever you want with your brain and computer programming is the act of creating whatever you want with your brain and a computer.
