Think they are sorting out the applications from the back cos most people have seen either approved or rejected are people with high registration number mostly those that registered late, my own is within the first 28k....My thoughts sha but one thing is sure, once it's still showing pending successful submission, it's shows you are still in the race. Just go look for a chill bottle of orijinzero to calm your nerves.....

I applied for experience hire with Masters and was approved.
You could have applied for experience hire since u had Masters. Thank God u were shortlisted.

Almost all experience hire with no MSc weren't shortlisted. My brother with COREN and Consulting certifications with over 10 experience was rejected because he has no MSc.

Well I think they are probably treating the applications batch by batch, so 4 those whose applications still read pending successful submission, I think they should pray hard. Getting shortlisted for job test is the most difficult stage of a recruitment in my opinion because this is the only stage that doesn't depend on the applicant while for the rest of the stages (test & interview) they depend on the individual because all u need to do is doing the right thing at the right time (studying hard & praying to be lucky)

Here is what I observed for the experienced hire, I think you guys are "Overqualified" for them and maybe cos they feel where you are working presently is good enough. My observation though.

Stop assuming and getting worried unnecessarily. Be patient and things will happen fast and accordingly.
