No,I didn't do any text of English. I did d assessment on one of Australia assessment site, I fill the form online,immediately,it brought out the result to me,that this are categories of visa I can apply for.

Hello great people in the house, pls i assessed my eligibility in,i have the score of 75points for visa 189..... 80points for visa 190..... And 85points for visa 489. because i had B.Sc. and i have been working in firms for past 8yrs now. Pls help me what do you think i can do, I also have intension going for MBA in Australia. Is it after i get the Admission,i can apply for my visa,or am i going to fill the skilled form for visa application.pls those that know about it,throw light,i m confuse. Thanks all

He dos'nt have a choice. DIBP are very open to applicant, CIC wont even give u that oppurtunity to explain.. The rate of denial in Canada thread is very alarming

I change my sponsor,and the account of the sponsor,the man just input the money in d account and i printed my the SOA, but i think d mistake is,the money should be in the account for at least one month.

I was denied twice with Financial insufficient, going for MBA. with this issue of insufficient fund,let us put it to the house to solve it for us.

DIBP has the amount stated there how much u will need. And if it's svp it's easier. Someone in the house just applied and got for him and family wit 4.5M in his acct or so. How much do u have? If it's enuf for u alone then go ahead and apply for u alone, later u send for ur wife. There is the option of taking a loan to build ur SOA, so long as u have a plan to pay back. SOA na always issue for many. I dey feel u bros

Yes, u are right, My visa was delay in Canada for two times with desame reason Financial reason only,that is why i come to Australia forum, i m yet to get Admission. I m still applying, for MBA. I only have less than 2m now.... I have 8 -9 yrs job experience, hope i still get better chance, in this forum,i have been seen people i knew fro. Canada forum,which have been given Australia visa. I will advice u go do a newspaper advert of change of status. On it her new name and her "nee"(maiden) name will be stated. Then apply with her since there are no kids yet. Just have enuf funds in ur acct. I have heard a case in Canada where they had to provide wedding pictures too. But i dont think Aussie will do that. If its PR applying wit ur wife may even boost ur points if she has work experience and all.
Long story short do change on name in newspapers so even if u decide to invite her over next time u can attach the newspaper clippings. For a new passport sef, Nig immigrations will need that newspaper clipping/marriage certificate to do new name on passport.

I think it will be better to have a change of name done in the newspaper in the next one week and apply together with her. It will go a long way to help you in respect of your finances (unlimited number of working hours for her) and keeping of your marriage. The visa may also be delayed when you apply later solely for her (5-6 months I presume: Not sure).

After the wedding, did you do newspaper advert of change of name? If you did, include it in you application with your marriage certificates. And yes you can apply for Svp or any other kind of visa with your wife so long as you have enough funds in your account as specified by DIBP.

Don't see any reason why I have to declare all my asset. My agent said I should declare at least the amount for wify and 2 children, about 13500aud. But I intentionally added more to take care of the flight. SVP does not need to show financial statements unless you have dependents. Take care

It has happened friends.... Just received my visa grant. Submitted 21st April.
God is indeed faithful and I'm grateful to everyone for the advice, encouragement. May you all receive answers to your prayers. Visa was granted for me, wife and 2 children. Launceston-Tasmania, here I come.

Don't rush, let ur uncle use it statement of account for you, or if your uncle is part of share holder of the company,let them indicate it. You need a good convincing letter of Intent, are you working,if so put your SOA and employment letter with study leave letter with pay slip,work I.d. And pray and Fasting. God can do it. Okay

Then u can submit 'certified true copies' or 'Notarized copies' of other docs e.g land C of O, CAC etc...even if u submit original copies of all docs, u wd still get dm back

NB: I dnt really know much bout 'paper route' so *i stand to be corrected*

2)Online route: jst scan all your docs, arrange and convert to pdf. Each file has to be equal to or less than 4mb..

Nope! It doesn't work that way. Each firm has it's own policy. I spent 3.5 years with previous employer and have only spent 2 years with this employer.
My current employer's policy is 4 years before study leave.

I stated in my SOP that I have no one to leave my daughter with (which is true). If I now apply for her later, won't they wonder why I did not apply for her earlier, what excuse will I give them, won't they wonder who she was with while I was away?

I have other home ties though:

2. I am a director in one of his companies
3. Pension account in Naija
4. NHF account in Naija
5. My hubby's landed property

I want to give it a try, since there is enough funds to go round. If I am delayed, I will reapply without her (depending on the reason for delay)

How is your daughter, any change you want to make don't let it affect your LOI, if you have grand mother she can take care of her. In this tread,I have not seen any body apply with her daughter,they did it separately. Mother first go and later invite the child. Think and follow your heart. You can get visa officer favour.

My daughter’s total expenses plus flight is about N1.9m compared to the N4.5m in hubby’s personal account.
