If you are applying through Paper route, go and renew it back... But if online, you don't need it.

Oga siga I hail oo, but my uncle put his SOA in my application and a declaration letter. Tax clearance CAC documents and letter off sponsorship, it's a company sponsoring me. All he did was sign a declaration as the CEO..

Also, How do I deal the with the relationships that they ticked, cos he's my uncle not the same surname. So what do I do, should I just state in my SOP that he is my uncle and should I include his travel documents. Thanks for ur response and I also welcome other responses.

There is no other way, than to study this page and fill it with request (information). Get some with Trv or pr over there to help you with the him/her info.

Your brother must be called to bar in any of the States before being eligible for PR as a lawyer.

It's depend how sweet u package your application, we have some been treated within 4-6 weeks, online and paper... If your documents are ok,and you scan clear... Go for it. With God grace...

Thanks Bro..lol..but I'm asking just for embassy sake..My school already accepted the scanned copy..I was asking to find out if submitting my aplication along with a printed scanned copy. Of my ug transcript along with my documents to the embassy won't b a red flag..

If you are applying online, you can use the scanned copy like that, but if it's paper route, try and do Certify true copy off it... Be happy.

You need to persuade him/her... You will get it, let him write it and signs with company stamp. Ok...

Please anyone in the house I have an important question to ask I intend applying for a student visa I have all the ddocuments ready but the thing is that after graduation from uni I collected my university transcript but later misplaaced it but the good thing is that I made a scan copy of the trasnscript, so my question is now that I want to apply can I print out the scanned copy and bmit woth other documents or do I have to reaply for another of my transcript from school and submit it instsead oF submitting the printed copy to the embassy..please your answer would be appreciated. Print out the scanned copy, get in touch with the school,if they will accept it or you do certify true copy.. Unless you go back with it to your u.g school to have another copy... Are you satisfy..

1. These CiC people can be pissing off at times oh. Can you imagine i made my application online and i received a mail to do my bometrics the next day which i did oh. Up until now these people are still requesting that i do another biometrics in my cic account. Which kine yawa be this. They have not even updated my biometrics yet from vfs global. Called VFS and they are telling me shoot bird en mama fly away,that i should carry patience, this patience abeg for how long do i carry it. I mean its so annoying and disturbing.

2. Is it expedient for me to buy my flight ticket now, i mean its a lot cheaper now than during xmas period?

Yes, be patience with them...
Secondly, no try book flight now, wait till you call for medical and pass it with passport request, than you can book any flights you wish...

My brother got the passport request notice today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is a very complex applicant with no funds of his own (absolute zero), no employment letter (he was self-employed but he made very little from it and didn't register the company), and zero travel history outside West Africa. But we worked hard to get the VO to see that he wasn't lazying about since he finished BSc about five years ago. We put together a really good application (with lots of proof) in spite of the complexity of his application, and apparently the VO was impressed. But let's wait until we see the visa sha.... I previously discussed his application here and here and here.

Yes... You can apply to many schools, as much the schools have designating No. And more also your u.g course relate to the course you going for...

My length of stay was meant to be 8 months nd it's PGD
I want to reapply and I think I shld not fly blindly.

*insufficient evidence to show relationship btw u and ur sponsor(i used a cousin in dat aspect)
*purpose of visit
*lenght of proposed stay in canada
*family ties in canada & in country of residence
*employment prospects in country of residence
*personal assets & financial status
*insufficient evidence of available funds provided for ur studies in canada.

My people after all these reasons, I am totally confused cos I dnt knw where to start from as my admission expires May 2016.

Are u going for U.G or P.G
How old are you
How much was in ur sponsor Acc, how many dependant did s/he have,
What have you been doing since you graduated from school...
With dis information d house will help u. Just be cool...

While they are infinitely better than Naija policiticians, you guys should read more about Canada or USA or UK politics and you will find out that even the most well-meaning politicians can't implement most of their promised policies because they have to deal with the opposition. But yeah, I agree that immigration policies will likely get better under Justin Trudeau... just don't bet your money on the notion that most things on that list would be implemented. The fact that his party won doesn't mean that they can now be autocratic over all the other parties that lost. It is a democracy where power is shared, and rightfully so.

And NO, they cannot be successfully sued if they don't fulfill their campaign promises. A campaign promise is not a legal contract nor is it legally binding.

We can only hope that Trudeau's party has the will and political savvy to implement as many of their promised immigration policies as possible. Cheers.

My brother,you are right, but at the same time,d party that brought him/her to power has a constitution that bind every other law. He/she will have present there manifesto to there so party,and it must rhyme with d party constitution. They can't tell people this A, and later say it B...

Politicians talk a big game all the time... they mostly and firstly care about votes and power. I'm guessing they'll only implement one-third of the items on that list. But even if they planned to implement the whole list, the opposition parties are looking forward to being a big thorn in their side. Politics in some western countries is also very obstructionist.

I believe, we can hold onto there words, they are not Nigerians politicians,that will say good morning,and you quickly go check maybe na morning!
