Yes I would . Although the car is in good shape and I don't for see such an issue. As far as document, I can have my attorney draft a warranty document. That would cover the car although negligent acts will be excluded. Also i would expect you to have the car extensively inspected before buying. Will be waiting for your call |

Call to see the car, 08095407251 ask for Dimeji |
Mr. Anyicom, Thanks for your opinion. I know what I am selling so if you are not interested, its ok. I love it when people say i have 1.3m so your car is worth 1.3. what if you had 2.5m will my car be worth that?? ![]() As far as Warranty, it a way of me backing up my product. I am an honest NL person i am hoping i am not the only one out here. So whoever buys my car will be getting a good product backed by me. |
Sorry about that. Lets talks later today after you have seen the car. Thanks |
Oga call my Guy lets see what we can do. we can negotiate if we both like the goods. Thanks |
Thanks. I had the car for 5 years in the US. I brought it to NIgeria wheni relocated because I love the car but.I have decided to sell it and get an SUV instead. Hope this clarifies things. I cleared and registered the car on April 30th. I have driven it minimally on the island. |

Manny4life, Just in case you are out of touch, minimum wage is still N10,000 they are fighting to pay the approved N18,000 minimum wage. So someone making N60,000 at walmart will be better off than say someone in the federal or state civil service. Secondly exchange rate is about 158 to 160 not 154. Please I am not attacking your person just your point. Respectfully Omoola007 manny4life: |
I love. How everyone looks for the worst post about walmart to post on NL. Before anyone call me a Wally world shopper, I have bought items there before but I hate and avoid walmart I personally prefer Target (and yes THey pay minimum wage too but they look posh and have swagga doing it) That being said People on NL keep forgetting that (I didn't realise this too until I moved back a few months ago) Nigeria's under/unemployments rate is about 70%, Government worker are generally severely underemployed and most go to the office waiting for retirement and pension. As for private employment NAija factor always eats about 15% of profit or adds 15% to cost. So we need better management systems and Market efficiency (walmart is the most efficient company in the world) YES I SAID IT. Take it to the bank. When walmart shows up they wont come alone. They will attract other investors and job creators. Like someone. Said before if NIgerians don't want that, then occupy the glaring empty space in the Market. Come to think of it we had better supermarkets in the '80 in this Lagos than now. I remember my mom shopping at leventis and Woolworth. Now everyone entered Market eto haggle and price common garri and yam. I look forward to Nigerians manufacturing sector developing. Farmers supplying their stores and security companies providing security. And for this who think of walmart as a lower income employer. I know a nigerian who is a regional director at walmart and buy all standards he is a millionaire (in $) hazard educated guy too. Walmart as accountants, bankers, lawyers, engineers, architects, procurement managers, logistics managers, facility managers, truck and hauling directors, customs specialist, drivers, cleaners, labourers, all these are jobs and people will fit in where they can get in. If you dont like walmartjobs or retail practice. Just don't support them . That that was easy. Shikena, RSA: |
Ify27:They usually do some social welfare. At least they wont sell fake stuff or price based on looks and you wont have to wear battle armour to go shopping. Overall they will raise everyone's game. Maybe revive abakaliki made( in a good way) remember when things were manufactured in Nigeria be it low quality knock off but with demand and proper Market guidance these places can be revived to serve the global Market. If you make a competitive product that walmart sells you automatically become global. There is an upside to walmart although I definitely acknowledge the bad side.( the squeeze juice out of orange peelings) but it motivates the peeling to produce juice ![]() |
I welcome Walmart jare. I am not a fan of their quality or how they underprice competitors but they will bring lower prices overall to the consumer and create jobs for Nigerians and they will inevitably develop the local supplier Market. Me I am already thinking of how to be a supplier. Do you know how hard it is to get on the shelf of walmart. Search YouTube there is a documentary on what it takes. You will sweat tire but if it works out, you are made they place orders in millions and will buy out your whole production capacity. Imagine how much easier it will be to set up a factory if you don't have to worry about distribution logistics. As long as the government has a contractual clause that they should develop local supplier or face very high tariff on finished goods import. After 5 years you have to buy 50% from Nigerians etc. Give them free land and tax to come to your state. In return you get jobs. And cheaper goods. |
Call for viewing. This car has warranty. If something sele within 30days, I will fix it. Who else can give you that on a car here on NL. I love this car but I need a jeep for my runs. |
Still available. |
Na midfield mess up. I saw that goal before them score. The girl were tired and slacking in the middle. "> ![]() Nice shooting finish for France sha. |
Great read (dairy)sad but so much stayed the same from 1951. Same chicken coop, same mallam selling crocodile skin, same houseboy, gari still made the same way. Fish pond still being created in small scale to provide protein. Kids still hawking groundnuts , |
This is why there will never be electricity in this country. At N10 who in their right minds will invest the Billions of $ needed to get the economy functioning well. That way too low. How much do you pay per kilowatt to use generator?? that is about what PHCN price should be since they use the same generators (much bigger and inefficient) to transmit power to you. Mark my words. Power will not get better until people are willing to pay market price and we all know that its not N10. If it was, nobody will care about PHCN because we will all generate our own power. |
Cool another idea that may work is have 2 rooms share Toilet and Bathroom (Romeo and Juliet Style). Employ a cleaner weekly and charge them service charge. I also like the idea of a common room rather than having big rooms. Have One common room and Kitchen on each floor with TV and furniture. Privacy in room other socializing in common area. |
why not build long rather than wide. that way you can have more http://www.stocktondesign.com/plans.php?act=detail&f=3_12-2915.jpg

Jun 21, 2011 -- Updated 0914 GMT (1714 HKT) Expensive lemons: Used car prices to rise By Chris Isidore NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- Used car buyers are about to find that it's tougher to find the models they want. And they may have to pay more for older, higher mileage cars too. Why? It's yet one more thing to blame on the crisis that hit the auto industry and overall economy in 2008. A key supply of late model used cars -- vehicles coming off of three-year leases -- is about to be choked off due to the crisis in the financial markets and the auto industry that summer that cut deeply into new leases. "Leasing fell off across the board in 2008, so there's just not going to be as many of those late model, good quality cars coming into the market," said Melinda Zabritski, director of automotive credit for auto research firm Experian. Car leasing plunged in the summer of 2008, tumbling by 58% between June and November of that year, according to research firm R.R. Polk & Co. Doubts about the future of several automakers dried up the supply of financing needed to write new leases, forcing General Motors and Chrysler Group to essentially stop leasing. Ford Motor cut back on leases too, as doubts about the residual values of leased vehicles changed the economics of that business. The price of used cars has already been climbing in recent years. The Manheim used car price index, a key industry measure, hit a record high in May that is 30% above the low it hit in December 2008. And many believe there will be more pressure on prices as the pipeline dries up later this year. "This summer could really be a problem," said Charlie Vogelheim, executive editor at Intellichoice, the car buying Web site run by Motor Trend Auto Group. "The demand will be building as the supply will continue to dwindle. You'll be surprised how close the used cars are going to get to new car prices." Other experts say that new car prices will present somewhat of a cap on used car prices, preventing prices from shooting up too high. But new car prices have also firmed, lifted by a combination of tight supply since the Japanese earthquake and higher raw material costs. Experts say that the availability of some used car models will be particularly tough to find later this summer, no matter the price. "Even with gas near $4 a gallon, you could have trouble finding the truck or SUV you want because of the lack of supply from three years ago," said Alec Gutierrez, manager of vehicle valuation for Kelly Blue Book. "You're going to be finding higher miles than you would have expected, and you're going to have to pay a little more for that." It may not be until late 2012 or 2013 before supplies start to come back to normal levels. But while this may be bad news for anyone looking to buy a use car, people who have leases that are about to end could benefit from the lack of supply. Sergio Stiberman, CEO of LeaseTrader.com, said many dealers are offering deals to buy people out of leases early to try to replenish the supply of used vehicles. Stiberman said many consumers with leases that are about to run out will be able to buy the vehicle at a price that was spelled out in their original contract, and then turn around and sell it or trade it in for more money. |
