The university of benin has some hours ago released Admission status for 2012/2013 Academic session. I confirmed it by checking for my cousin, and he was admitted, though they seem to be error in some results. Go check yours. Goodluck. . . |

Nigerians.... My problem with this country is that, the level of illiteracy is so high even for the so called graduates. Its only one man that knows if rev david was framed up or not, that is God not you. You guys are destroying this country with your blind arguements, & that is why the police always fail to get the truth. How do you know that he was framed up? Or were you at the meeting? The Election of July 14th in Edo State election has come & gone, but the drama that took place during the campaigns & preparing to the election will for a long time remain in the minds of Edolites.... Infact, the edo people were introduced to another version of campaigning as politicians from the main political parties in the state(PDP & ACN) used the communication houses in pouring abuses at each other. A trend i will say is very bad for the development of good polities & democracy of our nation. BUT TO MY MAIN WORRY: If you could remember very well, the ACN in the state had accused the PDP of trying to take the life of the Governor- This accusations came just after the -(1)Governor's convey had an accident while returning from a political rally. (2)Death of the private secretary of the Governor. (3)The attack of the Governor's convoy at Usen..... NOW TO THE PROBLEM- After investations carried out by the police, here were some findings & report..... 1. That the accident of the governor's convoy that led to the death of 3 journalist, may not have been politically motivated as the Truck belongs to MR LUCKY JAMES, a special adviser to the governor. 2. That the Attack on the governorship convey at usen was carried out by the students of usen who were angry that the governor failed in his promise to visit the school, and that the young man shot dead was a student of the institution. This has also be confirmed by the institutions provost. 3. On the death of the private secretary, Though investigations are on-going, but with recent news especially from the ones gotten few days ago from The leadership news paper, There has been no link to the PDP, infact a popular environmental was arrested, though he has denied his involvement in the matter & the police i believe is still investigating. MY ADVICE- I tink Nigeria politicians should learn not to play the job of a police especially highly respected men as your utterances could instigate the public to commiting acts that are capable of creating chaos. I believe that though the PDP has done more harm than good to nigerians, but we should still not jump to conclusion on issues as members of other parties could hide under them to commit their devilish acts. I always thought the PDP were the only violent party but with recent development and war between the ACN & LP in ondo state,& the shooting of some members of the LP by the boygaurds of the ACN governorship candidates, i think we have a long way to go in solving our problems in Nigeria especially when the saint becomes the devil. Who do we nigerians now look up to than God(Allah). I greet you all. |

I may be new to nl, but i have friends who are members of nl for a long time, so i have always have interest here especially the educatn part of it. I think what i am pointing out is, when a person who is suppose to be moderating a section in NL starts shouting 'thief thief,' with no prove, who now becomes the refree? Who now investigates?
