Since you ate rooted, Download Drowser from F-droid. It's helps to stop background apps, both system and user. First you download BetterBatteryStat To view what's eating up your battery. Then use drowser to block it.

I did a little research and found "Swift backup"
It does backup but it doesn't restore (to return the app to how it was before backup settings, bookmarks,saved pages,game progress) when I want restore I want to know if it's the phone or what is wrong (package installer can't parse it)

According to the app, it need root to batch backup and restore app n data. If you are rooted, then try titanium backup.

If you ain't rooted, I honestly don't know what to recommend to you. You can try some options in below (screenshot)

If your device comes with Intel only or intel & nvidia card, Then you can oy download the said drivers and each drivers are different. For Eg, The drivers for INTE HD 600 is different from Intel HD 400. Same as gtx 1050 is different form gtx 1060.

Also, you can't you can't use Intel drivers over amd. They have different hardware.
