1.According to the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board(JAMB)only 19476 candidates registered for NDA67rc,while it is on record dat over 30,000 applicants did seat for d exams nationwide
2 No record of psychology applicants by JAMB whereas over 50 candidates were given d course to study after d final list
3 NDA 67RC applicants only made up 1.3% of JAMB candidates and a wowing 9.14% made it to AFSB 50 man list.
4.Only 176 people applied for History nationwide which is d lowest course choice chosen and 5490 applied for Political sci and Defence studies which was d highest.....
SO HOWCOME DOES NDA67RC FIGURES CONFLICT WITH JAMB...
...meanwhile does who made it to AFSB reportedly say choosing NDA as first choice was no longer necessary according to the board but dat was only after UME registrations were over...
Anyone with better info shud clarify because dis seems lyk corruption even from d 50 man shortlisting

I want to know why Nigeria still needs to buy arms from other countries whereas there are lots of arms factories operational in Nigeria.
Is it that the made in Nigeria arms don't kill or Nigerian Government are unnecessarily unhappy about patronising self employed Nigerians.

On a more serious note if the government should be more mindful about establishing regulatory agencies for localized licensing and production of arms, their would be good increase in direct and indirect employment opportunities as well as a possible foreign exchange earnings through arms exportation to other African countries.

If the arms production factories are still in existence despite uncountable overhyped military campaigns, covert and pronounced operations of other security forces, purported discoveries of weapons factories, their closure and apprehension of culprits since the days of Obasanjo then there's more to the business than meets the eye

Hello,dis wud be my first tym commenting on this tread,but just wanted to clarify sometin.....selection are not made on d basis of ur course ,i.e Army doesnt favor PSDS over EEE or any of such....if u check thru 67rc AFSB and final lists u wud infact notice dat ENGINEERING are more.....by the way our NEW CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF MAJ GEN OLONISHIKAN is a B.Eng holder.
