My overall cgpa is 3.35, is there any Netherlands varsity with mininum requirements covering my grade ?

I intended starting up a plastic recycling company here in naija. But reading from cannie guys is making me want to try this abroad stuff... local man is confused �

Friends pls help. I have Bsc(Ed) computer science, computer science in education and would like to proceed with Masters in any germany university, I checked on daad.de to see universities that offers educational related courses for Masters and till now found none. Which other course do you think I can put in for and secure admission. After the completion of Msc, will german authorites allow prolonged stay in their country to look for job or start a business? How about moving from germsny to other countries if need be after Msc, easy or not allowed?
