Let's be objective a little. Like we all know for majority of people that get COVID19 ><85% of them will experience mild to moderate symptoms ranging from slight headache, to sneezing etc. These ones will recover easily with or without medications.
Only about ><15% of COVID19 patients will experience severe cases of which can lead to death. These ones need hospitalization and treatment.

So while WHO and UN may project up to 250 million infections based on their computer analysis that does not in any way translate to 250 million deaths! What this simply tells you is Africa needs to work hard to ensure transmission is brought down drastically to prevent such high rates of infection.

Given the WHO’s sprawling structure, vague mandate and reliance on diplomacy, its director general holds immense power to shape it. Even before she took on the role, Brundtland (former director general of WHO) was comfortable on the world stage. “I was already a political leader, and I was used to this kind of authority,” she told me. Like her friend Kofi Annan, the charismatic UN leader, Brundtland believed that international bodies should be prepared to lead when necessary, rather than being bossed around by powerful nations. “If the job is to direct and coordinate global health, it’s not a question of what one or several governments ask you to do,” she said. “We are working for humanity.”

Brundtland pushed the WHO to use its local contacts, diplomatic channels and the emerging internet to locate potential outbreaks, all of which made the organisation less reliant on national governments for information. Within just a few years, this strategy proved its worth. In November 2002, when the Chinese government became aware of the first cases of a novel respiratory disease, later named Sars, it failed to alert the WHO. But, as part of Brundtland’s new approach, WHO staff were monitoring Chinese medical message boards and news media anyway, and were aware of what was then thought to be an atypical pneumonia outbreak. Adding to their suspicions, on 10 February 2003, David Heymann, who was then executive director of the WHO’s communicable diseases cluster, received an email from the son of a former WHO staff member in China warning of a “strange contagious disease” that had already killed 100 people, but which was “not allowed to be made known to the public”. The WHO took the information it had to China, which made its first official report to the WHO the next day.

Although the WHO had no formal powers to monitor and censure its members, Brundtland wasn’t shy about doing so anyway. In the ensuing months she would accuse China of withholding information, claiming that the outbreak might have been contained “if the WHO had been able to help at an earlier stage” and exhorting the Chinese to “let us come in as quickly as possible!” With remarkable speed, China fell in line and shared its data with the WHO. “After her statements to China, no other countries hesitated,” said Heymann.

In March 2003, as the disease spread – reaching Hong Kong, Vietnam and then Canada – for the first time in its history, the WHO issued advice against travelling to affected areas. (Before then, the decision to advise on travel had always been left up to member states.) Despite having no formal powers to ground planes, the measures worked. “Passengers and flights dropped dramatically as soon as we issued the recommendations,” said Heymann.

Brundtland’s approach was not always popular, and some bridled under this new upstart WHO. “It wasn’t just China,” Brundtland told me. “The mayor of Toronto [Mel Lastman] flew to Geneva to tell us take down the travel recommendation – while at the same time he was not containing the outbreak. He had people with Sars riding around the subway, no contact tracing, no following up. He couldn’t accept we were telling him what to do!”

The WHO’s response to Sars was considered a huge success. Fewer than 1,000 people worldwide died of the disease, despite it reaching a total of 26 countries. The pandemic was defeated not with vaccines or medicines, but with NPIs, or “non-pharmaceutical interventions” in WHO parlance: travel warnings, tracking, testing and isolating cases, and a huge information-gathering operation across multiple countries, all made possible by the WHO’s willingness to wield authority that it had, in a sense, created simply by speaking it into existence. “Brundtland did things the WHO had no authority doing. She just did them,” said Fidler. “She sort of used Sars as a way to test drive some very radical changes.”

“After Sars, the WHO’s position was essentially: that was great, let’s formalise it,” said Clare Wenham, a professor of global health policy at LSE. In 2005, the WHO drew up a new version of the International Health Regulations (IHR), the central legal document that all member states are bound by. According to Fidler, the updated IHR, which is in force to this day, is a radical document. It asks its members to prepare for public health threats according to standards set by the WHO, and to report any outbreaks and all subsequent developments. It also allows the WHO to declare a public health emergency of international concern (or PHEIC, pronounced, incredibly, “fake”), using its own information, over the objection of any single country. During an emergency, countries are expected to take the lead from the WHO’s guidelines and report any deviations to the organisation. All of these requirements, bar the reporting of outbreaks, were new.

But the document stopped short of giving the WHO real power if states refuse to comply. “The WHO isn’t Nato, it’s not the security council,” said Gian Luca Burci, who was the WHO’s legal counsel until 2018. The US, fixated on bioterrorism after 9/11, supported giving the organisation some extended powers, but was opposed by Brazil, Russia, India and China, which were wary of US influence. There was a general reluctance to hand an international organisation any more power. “WHO members were happy with the actions that were taken during Sars, but there was definitely a sense afterward of ‘What if that was us in China’s spot?’,” explained Catherine Worsnop, a professor at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy. In short: thanks for stopping the pandemic, but we don’t want to be told what to do.

Then they ignored all the others and used only hydroxychloroquine, so that in the end, they simply discredit the process and introduce their own vaccine.

A malaria drug widely touted by President Donald Trump for treating the new coronavirus showed no benefit in a large analysis of its use in U.S. veterans hospitals. There were more deaths among those given hydroxychloroquine versus standard care, researchers reported.

The nationwide study was not a rigorous experiment. But with 368 patients, it’s the largest look so far of hydroxychloroquine with or without the antibiotic azithromycin for COVID-19, which has killed more than 171,000 people as of Tuesday.

The study was posted on an online site for researchers and has has not been reviewed by other scientists. Grants from the National Institutes of Health and the University of Virginia paid for the work.

Researchers analyzed medical records of 368 male veterans hospitalized with confirmed coronavirus infection at Veterans Health Administration medical centers who died or were discharged by April 11.

About 28 percent who were given hydroxychloroquine plus usual care died, versus 11 percent of those getting routine care alone. About 22 percent of those getting the drug plus azithromycin died too, but the difference between that group and usual care was not considered large enough to rule out other factors that could have affected survival.

Hydroxychloroquine made no difference in the need for a breathing machine, either.

Researchers did not track side effects, but noted a hint that hydroxychloroquine might have damaged other organs. The drug has long been known to have potentially serious side effects, including altering the heartbeat in a way that could lead to sudden death.

Earlier this month, scientists in Brazil stopped part of a study testing chloroquine, an older drug similar to hydroxychloroquine, after heart rhythm problems developed in one-quarter of people given the higher of two doses being tested.

Many doctors have been leery of the drug.

At the University of Wisconsin, Madison, “I think we’re all rather underwhelmed” at what’s been seen among the few patients there who’ve tried it, said Dr. Nasia Safdar, medical director of infection control and prevention.

Patients asked about it soon after Trump started promoting its use, “but now I think that people have realized we don’t know if it works or not” and needs more study, said Safdar, who had no role in the VA analysis.

This answer is crystal clear once you dive into the world of magic. Magicians are grand masters of performing the unimaginable. Some are staged, others are not. Let me clarify one last point before I go, pastors know all these points I listed above and use it to their advantage but truly I tell you that not one single pastor has the power to cure or heal the sick, if they claim they do it is either staged or by the powers of the occult who run the rings of magicians and voodoo priests.

I judge them not but call them what they are as false prophets for God almighty, as God almighty always has always had all the powers in the world BUT the way he operates in carrying out healing and miracles he has changed only 4 times in the entire bible.

A scholar of the Bible understands the time periods of these 4 times but not too sound too mysterious I will tell you the periods. In the Hebrew and Aramaic scriptures (popularly known as the new testament) God almighty from genesis down to Malachi gave only LIMITED NUMBER of people on the earth the power to heal. They fall under a class I will call THE PROPHETS and their PERIOD will be called the TIMES OF THE PROPHETS (the first period).

The second period starts a little while longer in the Bible. In the Christian Greek scriptures( or New Testament)starting from Matthew to John, healing was very scarce in this period unlike before. God only gave Jesus and a few men like John the Baptist the ability to heal. I'll call this period the TIME OF JESUS (the second period).

The third period starts from Acts down to Jude.
In this period healing and miracles peaked up unlike the former time in the TIME OF JESUS. The apostles were the principal healers along side a few selected few but every now and them they would heal BUT for a PURPOSE. That purpose is very key in understanding the last but fundamental period in which is our time. I will call the third period the TIME OF THE APOSTLES.

The fourth period kicks off in Revelation ( in full the Revelation of our time). In this period the purpose of the healing in the TIMES OF THE APOSTLES is cut short. Healing as we know it dies and fades away to the background. Understanding WHY is very KEY and it is this reason why, that fake pastors who claim to heal do not understand as well as their blinded followers.

The earth is that home. It is a mobile home that has the ability to move along its axis, causing the best lightening of night and day after every spin of 24 hours around it's axis. As its moves along it axis around the sun it also gives different seasons. It has the best cooling system in the form of the atmosphere, it contains a mixture of gases that protects from over exposure to the sun's ray while also cooling the earth. It has the magnetic field that serves as a vital means of wireless connection and communication around the world. It has buried treasures in it in terms of precious stones and metals, minerals and crude oil, that are not only for decoration but are essential for the technology,engineering and modern civilisation. It has unlimited food resources on land, in sea and in air. It has clean source of natural water, both surface and underground waters. It has the best waste disposal system, it never gets filled up with waste as bacteria helps decompose waste. It has an efficient recycling system, for example the water cycle, the nitrogen cycle etc. It has the best entertainment system with the millions of different living species on it that intrigue the imagination daily just to mention but a few.

The earth is truly an amazing home, a "smart home" and a work of art!

Imagine a scientist built a "smart home".

That home has all you need. It can move to any location of your choice, it is well furnished, It has the best lighting system, it has the best entertainment system, it has the best communication system, it has the best cooling system, it's kitchen is fully stock, it has hidden treasures in it, it has clean running water, the best sewage system, it has the best waste disposal system, it has state of the art security technology and guess what it has the ability to clean and replenish all the stocks in the house by it self without any additional cost to you, how much will you pay to own such a "smart home"?

In nature that amazing machine exist. As tiny as a grain of sand is a fertilized ovum (sperm +ovum). With this fertilized ovum contains all the memory or genetic material to program a whole human from infancy to adulthood and all the different animals in the world including the biggest of them all the Blue Whale.

This is an extraordinary fit. The engineering of your body is actually more complex than anything designed by man! From that tiny fertilized ovum, it's genetic material will produce some 100 trillion tiny cells​—bone cells, blood cells, brain cells, to name a few. It will also create 200 different types of cells in your body. This is just the beginning, tissues will form from these unique cells, organs from these tissues, organ systems from these collective organs, then the whole being.

This amazing machine at birth also has the ability to program itself into any thing from infancy, from a footballer, mechanic, pilot, engineer etc. It has the ability to learn, relearn and unlearn with ease, it's memory capacity never getting exhausted. Our bodies are not limited to this brief description, they are indeed a work of marvel!

Imagine a scientist designed a machine as tiny as a grain of sand but that machine had the ability of "AI and Deep learning" and also had the ability to increase dramatically in height over time (in several feets) on its own, how great would that invention be?---pause for a second or two and think about it. How possible is it?

Well, the above are just your observations and hypothesis which may or may not happen. But the real issue here is that we need a divine intervention to be able to come out of this as it was in 1918

Many are optimistic that COVID-19 would soon go away as quickly and unannounced as it came, I also wish for the same.

Government, big business, religions leaders are predicting a speedy recovery by mid of the year but does their optimism point to the facts?

Realistically I believe the time span of COVID-19 will be at least 2 years but worst case scenario will be as long as 4 years globally. Here are my assumptions:

1. There are two known ways to recovery from a global pandemic, first is by everyone getting infected with the virus, millions will die but billions of other people who get the virus won't and instead get immunity against future out breaks of COVID-19 ( for ethical reasons this isn't a good path). A better option is to create a COVID-19 vaccine and get at least 50% or more of the world's population vaccinated therefore creating immunity against future outbreaks. This presents a unique dilemma of time factor against safety factor. Vaccines are actually SOME FORM of the virus and when quickly made (looking at time factor alone) without considering it's safety by undergoing robust clinical trials to ascertain it's safety and efficacy, people are bound to die needlessly and in their thousands or millions depending on how many people were exposed to the vaccine. Therefore for a safe vaccine to be made it will require time, time which we are in a race against. The earliest a safe vaccine can be ready for vaccination after proper clinical testing will be mid or late next year of 2021!

2. Taking the time scale above for when a safe and effective vaccine can be made ready for vaccination, it makes the pandemic status of COVID-19 very critical. It means if Nigeria for example successfully eradicates COVID-19 from its borders, it take just one person who is infected with COVID-19 (whether symptomatic or asymptomatic) to come into the country through the airport, seaport or land borders and get the whole population once again exposed to the risk of infection. It could be a foreign national like in the case of the Italian man or even a Nigerian returning back into country. It can even be from contaminated goods imported into Nigeria!

3. The world craves normalcy and a return to status quo. This can be our greatest achilles heel! Truth is our greeting, meeting, transporting etc doesn't take into account the occurrence of a global pandemic, hence social distancing, work from home, quarantine and self isolation to many people seem like unnecessary restrictions to freedom of expression, congregation and movement.

Based on the three points listed above I believe when the world will be COVID-19 free, which will be announced by the WHO will be in the next 2-4 years and it's a long time to imagine.

But for now we will have to live with the daily challenges of trying to stop the infection and spread of the virus when world economies slowly opens during the coming months as we go back to work through proper hand washing and hygiene, social distancing, use of face mask, adhering to essential travels, quarantine, self isolation etc
