The Intrigues of Medical School

How exciting it is to be in the medical school,
How prestigious is the feeling,
How ticklish we feel when people call us "Docae"
Just like every other human,
Our feelings are enveloped by out coats,
Our challenges are swallowed by our daily struggle of becoming the prophesied Medical Doctor.
Without being biased in my writing,
I wish to say how selfish this profession is,
It succeeds in setting your mind on exams like it's the mark of the high calling,
It erodes every other thought of yours and replaces it with one "logy" or the other.
Monday begins with Osteology,
Tuesday continues its tussle with Embryology to battle.
Victory finally comes with histology being the next to conquer and Wednesday sweeps in with physiology,
The rest of the week is poised with one exertion or the other.
With all these it still steals your weekend with the fear of exams and tests,
It almost replaces God in your heart,
Making you think that medicine is all that pertains to life.
It's sad to know that in it's egoistic nature, it still has limitations.

I'll rather take medicine as a platform for excellence than see it as the sky I once wished for
I'll rather long after the one who lives beyond the skies

I'll rather give my all to my confession(Christ) rather than my profession.
Because my profession is earthly and my confession is eternal....

That's one of my piece...

But there's a very good inflow and outflow. I know someone who recently got a Trv with about 3m Soa. And I'd have paid my first semester tuition too. The tuition is about $8,800.

ChriGo: .....With the way i see things around...CDHC focused more on your Statement of Account despite you have other means of funds.......i would advice you work more on the Account statement......1.4m is logically low to cater for your studies.....raise it to at least 6-7m closing balance to boost your chances.......thats my own opinion.......

Okay, but my mum was saying I should apply again through the paper route. But with a better closing balance.

If I'm to apply through the paper route will I have to leave the originals of my documents with CDHC?

ChriGo: .....Oops!!!.....so sorry bro.....List the document you submitted.......

I applied through the online route...

For the SOA's: My Inlaw & my Sister's: payslip, of more than
1m monthly, an account with closing balance of 1.4m but total credit was about 5m, Treasury bills of 3m and fixed deposit of 2m
and a sponsorship letter..

Other documents were, their marriage certificate, my letter of acceptance, my birth certificate but I didn't submit my academic. Docs like my WAEC and others.

Hello, house. I got a mail from CIC yersterday which said I should log into MyCIC account that my account have been updated. I obeyed swiftly, and on getting to their website, I read the message and behold I was refused .
The reasons outlined were insufficient funds to Carter for myself without working and not enough prove that I'll leave Canada when I'm done.....
I applied on the Dec 6
