SaintHephzibah: @ bellassimo please don't ever make such a deadly mistake of marrying a divorcee. It's against God's law, the Bible calls it adultery. God had joined him and his divorced wife together, let no man put asunder. Pray and God will give you your legal husband Do you have an idea why he divorced his wife. |
Fashion › Re: This Is How You Use Coconut Oil For Hair Growth by onoslove(f): 3:19pm On Feb 26, 2016 |
Tonkabelle: Coconut oil is one of the best natural oils for hair care. It contains medium-chain fatty acids (which allow it penetrate more deeply into the hair shaft than other oils), Vitamin K, Vitamin E and Iron. It is an excellent hair conditioner as it improves the structure of the hair and can repair damaged hair. It also promotes scalp health due its antifungal and antibacterial properties. It aids hair growth and prevents hair from shedding excessively. It is actually the only oil that can prevent protein loss in the hair.
For hair care purposes, it is best to use extra virgin coconut oil. Coconut oil is versatile and can be used for hair care in a variety of ways which will be shared below:
As a Scalp Oil: Apply coconut oil to your scalp and it may reduce hair shedding which would in turn promote overall hair growth. Using coconut oil as a scalp oil prevents hair breakage due its nourishing properties. Coconut oil on the scalp can also treat or prevent dandruff. You can apply coconut oil to your scalp once or twice a week or even daily it depends on what actually works for your hair. For more effective results ensure you massage the oil properly into your scalp which will further increase the benefits of the oil and improve scalp circulation thus improving hair growth.
Pre shampoo (Pre poo) Treatment: I have done a post on pre poo treatments on my blog you may want to read it to find out more on pre pooing. A lot of Indians do this before washing their hair. Coconut oil can be applied all over the hair and on the scalp and the hair can be covered with a plastic cap for at least 20 to 30 minutes (you can definitely go longer), a few hours or overnight if possible befreo you then proceed to shampoo or co wash your hair. Coconut oil is an excellent pre poo treatment because it prevents hygral fatigue which occurs when the hair strand swells excessively when the hair is wet e.g. when it is being washed. Coconut oil therefore allows the hair to maintain its structure whilst it is being washed which leads to less damaged hair that is less likely to break.
As a Hot Oil Treatment: Coconut oil is also extremely good as a hot oil treatment because it strengthens the hair due to its protein content, conditions the scalp and effectively adds moisture to the hair as well. To use this oil simply heat it up slightly and apply on the scalp and hair and cover with a plastic cap at least for 20 – 30 minutes or even overnight for maximum benefit.

Family › Re: How Can I Handle This Issue With My Neighbour? by onoslove(f): 5:47pm On Feb 22, 2016 |
bigneorapz: Errmm.. i'll be quick on this one. My fam rented an apartment some months ago. And since i wasn't around when my mum & my sisters parked in, there were some arrangements in the house that wasn't nicely done example, the wiring in the house wasn't done properly. Imagin the electrician sharing our generator wire connection with our neighbour. Well, i noticed all of this when i came back. And at first, i didn't really look into all of that cos i thought our neighbour who is a lady that could be around 27 years old was gonna be wise as well as act mature enough to know the right thing to do. The fact is whenever we power our Gen, she'll also be sharin our free light with us. I overlooked all of this thinkin maybe at a point she'll be helpin to fill the tank on her own without us tellin her. But months passed and she turned a blind eyes on us. What vex me most is the fact that she has stop greetin me, actin like i never exist whenever she pass by. And whenever i power the Gen, she'll lock herself inside and be enjoyin my sweat that i suffered to fill the tank She has never for once ask me or my sisters how much we've been buyin the fuel talkless of givin them money to fill the tank. So i made up my mind yesterday to disconnect the Generator wire supplyin her light from our power socket. But before i do that, since am a carin and a soft hearted guy that hardly hurts people..i want to know if what am about to do is right... Or should i just let her keep enjoyin the free light?. Please your advice will go a long way..thanks what are you waiting for. Disconnect that light now. Like now. |
