The residents of makurdi metropolice have been rocked by a severe water scarcity. A bag of sachet water(purewater as known by many) is sold at the range of 90 to 120naira from producers,and 120 to 160 from retailers. A sachet cost now cost 10naira or worse. Even local water halkers(mai Rua) now refuse to sell unless its the entire barow content,which cost 300naira or more. People are seen carrying water cans from and to the river benue and other places were the can get water for thier domestic use. The cause of this great hardship has yet not been confirmed as geting to the authorities suposed have been imposible. But people have a milion diferent reason behind the matter.

All though not suprising a news for any benue dweller or atleast not someone who took part in the voting. The state's independence electoral comision anoused the result of the poll, which shows dat the people's democratic party (PDP) has succesfuly cleard all local goverment area with clearly over whelming votes. Enugu people have oviously turned the place into something else. I was in Enugu for over a month and they was no day that passed that somebody dn't tell me of Shoprite(as they call they entire mall) it ws indeed more shocking to find out how the place was filledup during the week ends,wit people from other parts of the contry espesialy the south east and south south parts. I wonder if some Youth copers were posted to they place specificly,since they are always seen taking pics in and around the mall. Let the coments flow enugu people!

It's quite and dry in makurdi the state capital as the stage is been set for the LGA and councelor election. As of 8am in the morning police me and other secuirity personels are seen covering grounds to insure a fair enviroment. Despite the very estremely low turnout, each party agent are seen seated in every polling unit. Acreditation already started at 9am, but at 10:30am i was the 15th person to get acredicated showing how low the turnout is. Many people who had been talk to say they don't feel like voting cause the know the Governor already has his list . Time shall tell.
