sunkieisland: The day Fashola goofed for me was when he came and started forming detective...
I lost faith in politicians that day... a politician may be good today but once he enters the corridors of power, everything changes.
"absolute power corrupts absolutely" For me, the day Fashola goofed big time was the day he said Nigeria does not require any further political restructuring. That's when he was governor of Lagos State. Tinubu who sponsored Fashola had earlier campaigned for more than 20 years for political restructuring of Nigeria but botched the opportunity of the 2014 political restructuring CONFAB, because he saw an opening to become president of Nigeria by inviting Buhari to come out from retirement to oust Goodluck Jonathan from office. |

I have made my point for others to learn. Those learning from you are learning nonsense, because the BVAS is a mini computer that's meant to directly transmit election results to INEC portal without any INEC officials inspecting or tampering the results. |

Besides, you cannot even know a winner from that website... unless you want to personally compute a lot of raw data. That site is just for data verification, computation and research. In bold: 1) you goofed - big time. It's easy to uploaded a billion byte of data into a portal in a few minutes by a few operators. 2) it's not the business of INEC headquarters to verify the votes entered into INEC portal from the polling units. Any challenge of such entered votes are expected to be at the Election Tribunal. |

If it difficult for them to operate in the South they will return to their places in the wilderness. In the last 8years they comitted atrocities with impunity. There will be order and peace now . Dem never declare winner una don dey shout no credible election up and down. Why has INEC not uploaded the results of the election as promised? That is why saner people shout out already. The non display of the election results in INEC portal immediately after polling closed, has already made INEC compromise the Electoral rules. |

How to cross the bridge when you get at it with Shettima in command of Nigeria's Armed Forces is not by forming Amotekun or other regional militia to protect people and property in one region of Nigeria against invaders from another region of Nigeria. There are no borders demarcating one region from the other, so whatever regional militia formed is more or less useless. Besides, you got to understand that regional militia or even police, is not recognised by Nigeria's Constitution. |

franchasofficia: Brother listen, I am not talking of online results. I said in my estate, Peter Obi won all 3 PUs landslide.
Even the PDP agent that have lived in the estate for over 20 years said with the results in our estate, that it means both Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa and others living in the estate voted Obi.
My brothers and friends scattered all over Lagos and Abuja were reporting same.
So why not upload the results from the PUs as soon as each result is announced at the PU as promised by INEC, why wait for over 24hrs now for a manual result when we rejoiced over electronic transmission of results?
The only places Tinubu won Labor are in some Northeast and Northwest states and the votes were shared between APC, PDP and NNPP Bolded; the results shall be uploaded to INEC portal only after they have been tampered to make Tinubu to win Lagos state. Neoteny7: Shariah has always been constitutionally part of Nigerian Legal system since the beginning.
We've always had shariah courts.
Get educated before spouting your half-thought bigotry. We have sharia civil laws permitted in the 1999 Constitution, parallel to Customary laws permitted in the 1999 Constitution. But sharia criminal laws are NEVER permitted in the 1999 Constitution or any other Constitution of Nigeria before 1999. Get yourself some better education: Sharia criminal laws include stoning blasphemers to death, stoning women to death for adultery, cutting off the hands of thieves, etc. These punishment systems were what the 12 northern Sharia states adopted in 1999. |

Election laws are simple to interprete: the laws say where there is violence in an area during the election, the polls will be cancelled in that area and new elections be rescheduled for the area. Tinubu can pay his touts till whenever to disrupt voting process, but this election must be done according to Election laws. |

Kobonaire4: You Obi supporters should stop calling people slaves.
At the end, people vote for what they know, not what they cannot see. Obi has done well enough, and in a way, I am kind of getting optimistic a bit for him...he may eventually force a runoff against Atiku or tinubu, but if he loses, it is because people do not know him
Atiku and Tinubu have been around for years. Both have people across the country, and have connections across the nation, or people they are connected to. It would be amazing if they lose....but if they win, it would be because people know them.
Obi is losing heavily in the far North because people do not know him, he has not allied himself with any big politican, and LP is a weak party. Sure they don do well, but at the end, LP is a party of the big cities, and the old Eastern region. And even in the Eastern region, they are being given a run for their money by PDP in many parts.
If you want to win elections, get out and get known. That is how people like Buhari and Obasanjo did it. Or attach your self to people who will make you known. Obi supporters spent far too much time on the internet, and far too much time abusing people. And at the end, you are calling people slaves. Nice way of losing the next election.People remember and do not forget.
In 2003, one British newspaper got people to do what you are doing...write to an american town to call them names for voting or Bush. The result...an area that was sure banker for the Democrats became Republican overnight. In bold: the far north you mentioned is made up of 13 states and most of its people vote strictly based on Islam; they adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system beginning 1999. Boko Haram quickly emerged thereafter and says that it's fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws. If rest of Nigeria wants to rescue the country from Islamic terrorism and banditry that is a fallout of Islamic terrorism, they can rescue Nigeria from these people. |

But at the end, it depends on INEC releases. Which other country on earth would its Electoral Commission not have started to show the results of an election ended since yesterday evening? Only Nigeria's Electoral Commission. Shame to the people rejoicing over a possible win of the ruling party’s presidential candidate. The type of country they want Nigeria to degenerate to, shall eventually destroy all in Nigeria. Oyibo colonial masters who keep one Nigeria as their plantation shall be laughing at all in Nigeria as the destruction and terrorism of ISWAP/Boko Haram increases its toll on Nigeria, if the ruling party's mandate is renewed. |

From the beginning of the campaign, Shettima announced before the NBA that he will be Commander of the Armed forces if APC wins. |
