Please what is the least amount one can start exportation of Shea butter with?

DISTURBING AND CREEPY FACTS ABOUT BANKERS WAREHOUSE PLC
1. PAYMENT OF SHORTAGES: When a cash processing officer is about to process or is processing cash of a particular bank, the bank will have to send a representative who will monitor this process in banker warehouse. Where there are discrepancies, first the CPO will alert his immediate supervisor to verify the money, making sure that what the CPO claims is true, and then the supervisor will call onto the bank representatives. For example, A CPO discovered a shortage in a wrap, let’s say 1 piece short, when the supervisor has also counted and verify this piece to be short, He will call unto the bank representative who will then also count and verify, then pick the teller no. of the person who prepared the money at his bank. The Teller will pay for the shortage; I think that’s fair enough.
But on the other way round, after processing your money, when it gets to the bank, there are no bankers warehouse representatives who will supervise the counting of this money. We are all humans capable of doing good and evil; a banker can just remove a piece and blame it on a teller, or a banker warehouse can just pick your teller and claim that you have shortages. Perhaps you have no one that will stand to represent you. It’s so annoying and heart breaking to work for a whole month and begin to pay the company back the payment you received from them. I don’t think it’s only conspiracy to enslave workers when it’s a reality.

2. UNREALISTIC TARGET: At the branch where I work, I was among the best CPO, but after trial and error I have come to conclude the following: My analysis on processing 1 wrap i:e 100 pieces of notes, is that on the average, when you are to pre-count, sort and count money, then you’ll spend at-least 10 minutes, a fast person will do it in less than 4 minute, this analysis does not involve cutting corners, when you do the math, you will realize that when your supervisor gives you 7 boxes to process in 7hours, then he will want you to perform magic. But if you fail to perform magic, which you will fail, then you will get a query letter.

having paid d correct amount with bank charges at bank, proceed to a good cyber cafe using voucher generated at d bank. Generate ican E-voucher, use d details on it to fill ur exemption form online. fill in information accurately paying careful attention to some rules (I.e indicating E against subjects to be exempted).u could pay for d service of a cafe attendant.You will get a detailed info on subjects to b exempted at ICAN center.
Finally, submit the completed Exemption Form at any of ICAN centres. U will be enlightened if any document is to b submitted along ds form at ICAN center. Simply ask.

Pls Strongbest, are we to add 2-3 litres of water separate from the amount of water used in mixing the chemicals or are we to calculate d water already used and balance it up. I.e if I have used 1 and half litre of water in mixing, do I still add 3 litres of water or 1 and a half litres. The thing is, after using the measurement you gave, the mixture wasn't very thick so I added just one litre of water. Although now (1 day after production) that its settling, it has become too thick and I suppose its too late too dilute.
Secondly unlike morning fresh, the soap I made doesn't dissolve in water until I stir it with my hands. Why is that

Please how do i dissolve sls? I tried dissolving it some water but it stayed the same.
And also, please how do i make liquid soap transparent?
