This is just the point I make to young Nigerians especially from the SS and SE. It is hard to believe but trust me, We were not forging certificates in the sixties in Nigeria especially in the north. The British were superintending admissions into military schools in Nigeria so it is hard to imagine an unqualified person became an army officer. Most of you poorly educated products of a defective system are the ones making noise here and showing your backgrounds.
It is not about forging, boy. I just gave you an analogy. If he was the best kid in class but dropped out few hours from the exam, he isn't qualified!
You need both examination and the awarded certificate to qualify. In the 50's equivalent of ssce is called cambridge and other politicians older than him has been presenting theirs.

Last time I read that GEJ have a degree on Zoology.. I guess that's all he need to rule a country. Zoology of all degree in the world.

Now question is would you rather vote for a guy that join the military to sacrifice his life for his country and who actually serve his nation or vote for a guy who went to school to study how to treat animals?
With his education on treating animals, GEJ ruled the country for 6 years and still no electricity or government tap water, because in reality animal don't need electricity in the wild and they drink from any source of water.
I am not an animal to be rules by Zoologist.

I honestly don't care if Buhari go to school or not, all i want is someone who will provide Electricity and water.. I cannot even estimate how much I paid on petrol / Generator.

Rest of the world is enjoying gas/petrol at the lowest but Nigeria petrol price remain the same.. this is a nation full of crude oil but rather export.. what kind of country and leadership is this?
A lot of guys who joined the military abandoned tanks for an AK-47 wielding Boko Boys. It doesnt mean that anyone who joined the military is there to die for the nation.

This is very silly. Dropped out to join the military. Even if that were true, the military training, do you know what it entails?. Is it not at the very least an HND qualification?. Can you read a map without knowing geography?. Can you calculate the angle to set artillery gun without knowing basic physics?.
If you forged WAEC result to get an admission into an engineering school and you aced all your exams including all sorts of integration and differentiation but you were caught in the end. Your engineering degree will be pulled and you will go back to resitting for waec and JAMB before thinking about university again.
My point, you have to meet a certain standard to qualify (not merit) for a new level.

No I disagree! APC is gearing up for trouble and their so called members list is one of their trouble tools and I commend DSS for nip it in the bud.

What is incriminating there?
Multiple registration of APC members by APC on its own database is incriminating?
The same multiple registration database that they will cite when they loose election as proof that they were rigged off.
I commend DSS on this one nipping a disaster in the bud, I must say.

APC get ready to form your parallel government but find some other reason to do it not with your bloated members list.

Spare yourself the humiliation but I will indulge you a bit.. let's compare GEJ's corrupt record with that of every single president of military administrator Nigeria had had since independence and trust me GEJ wins this hands down as the most corrupt leader ever..hahahahaha talk about tantrums

Don't throw stones if you live in a glass house!! How dare you mention thievery and Buhari in the same sentence? It's clear that you are uninformed and biased as all your statements display a myopic view on this issue.
The world over knows it that GEJ is the most corrupt, ineffective leader Nigeria has ever had. And you sit there and type this nonsense?
You ridicule the process of political discuss with this childish smear campaign you are trying to effect but alas as your bosses leadership skills has proved numerous times, it shall all be ineffective.
All past military governments put together have not yielded the type of massive looting we have seen in your bosses Era, yet you sit there and try to paint a quaint picture of the useless drunkard?
listen you are nothing but a cyber mercenary who has unfortunately chosen a wrong client because as it stands GEJ's popularity is in the negative, you know it, I know it, the country knows it and the world knows it.
If you boss dares let him hold an opinion poll, now a clear transparent opinion poll would show where the masses hearts lie.
But we both know he won't do that, why? Because in as much as all the hired help like you try to stoic his ego l, his heart knows the reality, he is out of Aso rock
You are just throwing diversionary tantrums. Please face the topic and tender your opinions with facts and stop crying me a river. Your master is corrupt and the fact that you havent known about it till its too late cant change that.

It was the guy that brought in after Buhari, essentially to probe, that looted $100m. Read my post again.
Not completely true because actually, somebody did loot Billions under Buharis watch.
Much more than $100m.

Listen kiddo, under GEJ Nigeria has witnessed unrivaled looting, corruption and fraud in record levels. Yes Buhari has been investigated why because you GEJ lap dogs are digging for dirt were there none.. sadly I know all you paid did goal publicists for GEJ will disappear immediately after GRJ loosed the elections so frankly I couldn't careless what you post as you are exercising your first amendment right.
Your boss GEJ is done so I really hope your have been saving up the meager allowance he was paying you for this publicity?
Buhari was first investigated and indicted when GEJ has not even gotten admission into a university. He was investigated and indicted again when GEJ is only a deputy governor. How is that any of GEJ or his supporters fault?

I get it that you guys are very uncomfortable because you are just getting to know about what is there for over 30 years so it will be hard for you guys to suddenly drop your allegiance to the corrupt mujahedin.

He has not been jailed because something strange always happen each time he is about to be found out. In 1983 on the eve of the time indictment report from Shagari government is to be made public, he overthrew them and the senate chambers where the reports were kept was his first port of call and the reports vanished till date!

Please leave GEJ out of Buhari's thievery and gangsterism.

As for loosing the election, I wouldnt talk much on that, Feb 14 is just around the corner.

So you get into government contracts because you see it as an opportunity to pay yourself for years!

Why then are you guys complaining of corruption? So it is ok to involve in shady dealings as long as it is done by the Janjas?

So something in the name Onyengbu didn't strike a chord to you. These are the criminal defenders of the massive sleaze in GEJ's government. They always don't have anything intelligent to bring to the table. Thing is the CEO himself is not intelligent enough to know his foot soldiers lack depth and they all just exist to suck him dry. If you take note many criminal elements suddenly started defending GEJ via TAN when Emir Sanusi revealed the $20b missing funds. Jonathan became the biggest maga worldwide to be scammed and trust me they are doing real good. By Feb 14 he may have been broke.
Lol... Resort to insults when you have nothing else to say. Ol boy lets treat Buhari issue first. When its time for insult, trust me, I will overly indulge you.

Why are there 2 reports indicting Buhari for missing billions?
Why is it that something suddenly happen each time the reports are to come out the open.

Even the evil genius himself who has been investigated more than any other past Nigerian leader has not been indicted 2 times!

If all you can come up with are unsubstantiated allegations, then it is of no use talking to you

Oh! unsubstantiated? But you guys keep saying "massive" corruption is going on under GEJ. How many have you substantiated?

Apart from very few convicted politicians in the country, tell me how many of the allegations of embezzlement has been substantiated.

Dont tell me that Buhari if found to have infracted on the law should be allowed to go scot-free
Over $2.8bn oil money he embezzelled in the 70's he went scot-free under: Obasanjo, Shagari, himself, IBB, Abacha, Shonekan, Abdusalami, Obasanjo (again) and Yaradua and they were not accused of being corrupt for that sole reason.

Again over PTF billions: OBJ and Yaradua did not prosecute him and now you want GEJ to do it so that you guys will go on killing rampage? Try again!

No case here. I bought Superbite roll last night, it was produced on the 30th December and is to expire 9th January. As long as it hasn't expired it is considered safe for consumption. This is applicable to commodities. A drug that is to expire February 2015 is very safe for consumption as long as long as there is proper storage. Nobody can be arrested for selling "About to expire" drugs. You see why I say the report has no case? What and what drugs were expired? At least it should provide example of a drug that expired. You wonder why the committee was disbanded? They had no clue! Anyway, I will welcome implementation

No case even when a company purchases drugs and kits that expires in a month whereas they were meant to be used over a long period of time?
Because Buhari is involved?
Do you honestly believe they bought it at the same cost with the ones that will last 2 to 4 years?

Please quit defending this, it doesnt fit you at all.

Now I see why Obasanjo disbanded the committee. Take a look at the bold, first the writeup look more like a gossip than a research findings. What do you mean "expired or about to expire"? I want to assume that you have submitted project before, will your supervisor accept such lines? Were the drugs expired or not expired? Yes or No? It can't be both ways. Were there reports of deaths or any other ailment as a result of the said PTF drugs that APC supplied? Was any reported, was there complaints? To the Best of My knowledge, the some of the drugs that PTF donated to hospitals expired in year 2000 and were destroyed by NAFDAC, that was after the dissolve of the PTF Board

What is the case exactly? because I see no case. Again, I am calling for implementation of the report. I will be happy if Jonathan through the AGF can bring it up. We need to nail whoever was trespassed the law. However, from the OP's report, I see no case against Buhari, the PTF Board and the APC
Na waa for you ooo. Please crosscheck your questions before you pass them along.
Did it say it was one drug or one batch of drug or that it was all the drugs provided by PTF?
Again, as of today, a drug that has expiry date of December 2014 is expired and the one that has march 2015 is about to expire.
So you expected health officials to administer an expired drug on patients and see if they can die before anyone will be accused of wrong doing? That action was in the report in the first place because someone found out the drugs are no good.

GEJ will not implement anything... he understands Buharists very well.

That report is fifteen years old and GEJ is ruling for a third of that. It is not a new report and millions of sensible Nigerians knew about Buharis's exploits. People like you who just heard about it and will not believe it are only suffering from his Stockholm syndrome .

No way! GEJ will not prosecute Buhari. He is smarter than that!

He does not want to hand you guys opportunity to start killing and maiming corpers! Why didnt his friend OBJ prosecute him? Why didn't Yaradua do that or even why didn't IBB that only threatened him once not to insult him again or face exposure prosecute him.

At crossed, I never used the word "MERE", please I will appreciate if you don't ascribe words to me. I have made a logical position and I am also calling for a probe and an implementation of the report. This has always been my position, probe whoever is indicted and let whoever you feel have a case to answer explain to the judge. However, from this report, I don't see any case against Muhammadu Buhari, the Board of PTF and also the APC company.
If you can answer these questions, then we have something to dwell on...

Goodnight
The word mere was mine and I didnt say you used the word mere. Or did I?
I wont bother answering you proof-of-inflation question but you might need to read this:
Outside its irregular appointment and operations and charges of “managerial incompetence”, the report indicted Afri-Projects Consortium (APC) for overcharging the PTF for its services to the tune of over N25 billion. The firm directly managed the PTF HIV/AIDS Intervention Programme, knowingly importing sub-standard, poorly packaged, poorly stored, expired, or soon to expire treatment kits and drugs which the auditors said cost the government N579 million in waste via the stocking of useless drugs and kits in huge silos, all purchased at inflated prices. The same APC purchased large quantities of spectacle frames for N1,900 a piece at a time it cost only N800 a piece locally. Again, this cost the public treasury over N45 million in inflated charges. They further cost the treasury N900 million in inflated charges when they bought ambulances that cost N3 million each for N13 million each. The report also found that the PTF’s purchase of general drugs through the APC at the cost of N3 billion was overinflated by as much as N1.5 billion. To add salt to injury, most of the drugs in question were expired drugs.

Although Buhari may have not enriched himself as the head of PTF, the Afri-Project Consortium was a cesspit of corruption.
How can we prove that. And how can we also prove that all the other government functionaries both in the past and present have enriched themselves when the company that executed their projects were corrupt.

It doesnt even make sense. A company cannot be corrupt if people within the government is working with them.
