Yes, I have done one and where i work we do call people for chats.

If you have already done the interview and later called for a chat, means you are successful for the job, but there are things they want you to shift grounds on, its basically on salary issues, maybe the salary you quoted is more than the salary attached to the position, so they want to make you an offer, which if you take they employ you, if you decline they call up the next person for the offer. so its not going to be another round of interview, but mainly to confirm your grounds on the earlier interview.

But some smaller companies use chat as their own interview or in some cases, where somebody introduced u to a company, so they use chat for an interview.

i dont know the category you fall in, if it is the first instances, dont get panic, you have got the job, just shift ground if you want the job. On the second instance, just prepare yourself for a brief and informal interview.

as par say u no dey naija, i guess my suggstn may not work. to get ur original colour back, i would have asked u to stop the medication, and start using DUDU OSU Soap for bath and apply it on your face after bath. its a natural soap, and its good in rebuilding complexion. Buy original from a quality pharmacy soap, its works for my sis.

Hi, Tywoh , When asked where u want to be in the next years 5yrs, answer by telling them that by next 5years, you wish to have been a professional in your field if employed by the company, knowing where challenges and opportunities lies in the industry (mean the employers industry) and harnessing those opportunities for the growth of the company and mapping out strategies to deal with the challenges.

telling them about acquiring more qualification, is indeed too personal. they actually want to know that you hv the interest of the coy at heart.

When i first worked with a female boss i vowed never to work with another again having worked and compared them with a male boss. But now, wow!, am working with a female boss, and am very glad and happy working with her. Before i joined the coy i was sceptical because of my boss gender, but now i hv come to understand, that the issue of boss being good or bad is an individual thing and not a gender thing. I work as a personal assistant to the MD, you know what it entails, you close when your boss closes work. my former bosses, who were males normally close work late, after work they may want to have their girlfriends visit them in th office, they will talk and talk till late in the night before you go home, but here, i hv a responsible boss (female), and go home latest 6pm which i love so much.
