Yes you can but your brother must write a letter explaining the relationship he has with you and also making it clear that he will be responsible for all your fees in the UK. He should take the letter to court to get it stamped, sealed and signed. When his account is up to 28days, scan the letter, your brother's passport data page and his bank statement and send to the school. And also upload all your brother's documents when applying for visa. Make sure you have paid your deposit to give you a better chance. Only your brother's bank statement is enough if the money in his account is enough. Silas12345: Please a good question can I use my brother which we bear the same surname as sponsor and use his account as proof of fund instead of mine or my own gan gan, i have just 5m in my account and he has up to 20/25 in his own account please is it advisability to use his own? And mine combine |

September 2020 intake was eligible because they graduated in 2021. opomulero: IMO... If they stop it now now, it might not affect until september 2023 or jan. 2024 intake. the reason why i said so was that PGWP started in 2021 but they said september 2020 intake is elligible for PGWP |

Call GCU. Why didn't you call ENU since. Anyway, you can apply to Northumbria for their March intake. Most schools have closed their January intake. Sakol4life: Hi duchess and every other gurus on this platform.
Please I’m so confused right now and I need you to advice me. I applied to ENU since May 17 for January intake, but I got an heartbreaking email from them today that my application was unsuccessful! Due to high volume of application.
Now I don’t know where to start from as I have my school fees with me but it’s hard to secure an offer. I applied to GCU a day before their application close but I’m yet to receive an offer from them and most GCU applicants are already given admission.
Please is there anything I can do to aid my admission at GCU cause I don’t want to miss out their January admission
Or is there anyone that can help me with school that are still accepting applicants for January resumption. Your response will be highly appreciated please |

My WAEC certificate was defaced and and as such most schools I've applied to and got a conditional offer are asking for a clear copy of same WAEC cert.
Is it possible applying for another WAEC cert or should I do a court affidavit to back it up?. |

Get an affidavit. Akankemayowa: Hello House. my maiden name was written as Ogunyimika instead of Ogunyinka in my marriage certificate. can I get an affidavit or is the error negligible. Also my parent's actual name is Ogunyimika (which is in my marriage certificate) but I had to change to Ogunyinka due to the error in my Waec Result and I have been using that. Won't it be an issue that I bear Ogunyinka and my parent are Ogunyimika? |

It means that before you get your CAS, the amount must have been in your account for 28days. No, you do not need to count another 28days after the money has been in your account for 28days. As long as it is up to 28days, once you get your CAS, you can apply for your visa with the same statement. Trendytessy: Hello guys, pls I need clarification on POF. While filling the CAS form I see a note saying ‘the amount should be in your account for 28days’. Is it that I can get my CAS as long as the money is in my account now or I’ll need to upload the statement after 28days before I’ll be issued CAS number?
Also can the same POF submitted for CAS be used during Visa application or I’ll need to count another 28days when I apply for visa?
Pls someone should help me understand better. School is Swansea university. Thanks |

You can give it a try. But make sure you have a lot of money. What counts as income You and your partner can use: 1. Income from employment before tax and National Insurance (check your P60 or payslips) - you can only use your own income if you earn it in the UK 2. Income you earn from self-employment or as a director of a limited company in the UK - check your Self Assessment tax return cash savings above £16,000 3. Money from a pension 4. Non-work income, for example from property rentals or dividends If you’re using income from self-employment or employment, you’ll need to prove you or your partner received that income for 6 months or more. When you do not need to meet the income requirementYou may be able to settle in 5 years without meeting the minimum income requirement if either: 1. You’re applying as a parent 2. You get certain benefits, for example Disability Living Allowance or Carer’s Allowance You need to show you and your family have enough money to adequately support and accommodate yourselves without relying on public funds. The caseworker considers your income and housing costs. Source: www.gov.ukhawk05: UK Visa Gurus in the House, I need your help.
My incoming fiancee is a UK citizen since 2015 and has no job but is under the DLA (Disability Living Allowance) and will be coming soon down to marry me, before going back to process papers for me.
As a fiance, what are the chances of visa issuance when applying under a family visa despite not having a job here in Nigeria not even an incoming salary?

Unless the school gave him a deadline to submit POF before CAS then there is time. Because even if he doesn't start afresh, he will still wait till November. justwise: 10days is a lot of time if you have no time to start afresh. The money was removed and returned the same day, so a letter from the bank explaining that mistake will do. |

Yes, I was the one who asked the question. I'm going for a second masters in the UK. I did my first masters immediately after my first degree and I finished in 2019. So now I'm going for a second masters. I thought maybe I would need to write a letter to UKVI explaining why I need a second masters and also submit employment reference. dduchess90: Hello
No gaps for less than 5years
So it's optional to add it
I also thought you had just finished your first and going for a second, I think someone asked almost same question

Yes and that is the hard but to crack because most Uni's know the rules and have to justify that you have met that progression
No need for NYSC and employer reference, there are no gaps to cover

He only counted 10days so he can start counting afresh. Better to wait an extra 10days than to start explaining. justwise: Oh ok! but still he doesn't need to restart counting, but he needs a letter from the back acknowledging the mistake and that letter will be attached to visa application. |
