Sirjamo: "I tell you that to everyone who has, more shall be given, but from the one who does not have, even what he does have, more shall be taken away. BUT THESE ENEMIES OF MINE WHO DOES NOT WANT ME TO REIGN OVER THEM, BRING THEM BEFORE ME AND SLAY THEM" (Luke 19: 26 - 27) That was Jesus speaking in the new testament, asking his deciples to " bring my enemies before me and slay them." Many Christians had used such verses in the Bible against other faith adherents before: The crusaders used it against Muslims and Jews, the Nazies used it against Jews, recently, the Bosnian Christians used it against Bosnian Muslims.
Of course, I took the verse out of it historical context, and that is what every Muslim terrorists also do with the Quran, they single out the part that suite there lunacy and used it as justification for there madness. You don’t know because you don’t read. Howbeit when you read you can’t even read well. The Luke you quoted have u read it from the beginning? Jesus was stating a parable about a rich man with servants who gave them gold and all that. He didn’t tell his disciples to bring people and be slain. Read well and stop spreading hate and bigotry from an infested mind |

I had a funny experience with the traffic police in Lagos.
I went to Slot office at Medical road, Ikeja to buy a phone. When I got there, I met some guys who asked me to park by d side of d road for a fee which I agreed. Went inside, did the transaction and on coming out my car was gone.
Asked around they said traffic police towed the car away to their office. I went to their office the man I met said I should pay 30k (undocumented) but later said the least he can do for me is 15k I said I don’t have 15k as it was his boys that collected 200naira for parking fee and asked me to park.
The man insisted that I wouldn’t be able to take the car without the 15k exactly. Note this was on a Friday, hence I need the car for the weekend.
He insisted I pay 15k to him before he releases my vehicle. I went to make withdrawals. Got the 15k and got my phone to record. I recorded him as I handed him the money.
After counting, he then decided to release my vehicle. I collected the vehicle, left the office and parked in a very safe spot. Then I came back for negotiation. Went to his boss, showed him the video and promised it will trend if I don’t get my money back.
Prior to that I had informed my friends, sent the video to them for evidence, told them where I was and the police station address. Called a lawyer friend too and sent him the video. Just Incase I am framed or arrested or locked up.
He took my phone, watched the video extensively, he called his police colleagues and they watched it together then he held on to the phone. He then offered me a very chilled bottle of drink. While drinking I heard him ask; WHAT IS YOUR DEMAND
I asked for my money back (As that was all I had left) in return I’ll delete the video. Las Las they gave me my money!!! I gave them 2500 for the inconvenience, took my drink and my phone and walked away!!!
That is how God saved me. I actually thought it would have been worse as I was prepared for the worse!!! Below is a picture of the man counting my money!!!
Moral of the story; Na once person dey die, better don’t be a coward. Have a backup plan especially when you are being defrauded. But be cautious too.
Mods pls let people see this and learn

Health › Re: Help!!! My Child Has Lipoma by Oooops(op): 8:41pm On Nov 28, 2019 |
quaintbloke: I wouldn't want you to conclude too quickly that it's a lipoma. (though I know you have sought opinion of two doctors already who I expect would have carefully examined it) A child who is that young, there are many possible other causes of neck swelling in children that could easily be mistaken for lipoma. A neck lump at that age is unlikely to be a lipoma, chances are it would more likely be any of the other conditions I have mentioned below .
Some stuffs like if it's painful, if it was there from birth, if it's been increasing in size, etc could guide the diagnosis and treatment.
It very well could be a lymph node swelling, an abscess (collection of pus), a cyst (fluid filled), etc. The type of swelling would inform the treatment. If its a lipoma then taking it out would be the definite treatment but it may not be something to do now as we would usually wait till the child is well grown before considering a removal.
My advise to you : get it scanned first to confirm the diagnosis. Thanks for your response. Firstly, it is not swollen! You wouldn’t even know it’s there from lookin at his neck. Secondly, even when you are trying to feel it, it’s difficult except you pay attention and touch it properly, as it’s just a small ball inside d neck skin Thirdly it doesn’t hurt. He doesn’t scratch or even touch it. Most likely doesn’t realize it’s there. |

madridguy: Took him to the hospital but the doctor says he has LIPOMA and would require surgery to remove it.
Note: I asked another doctor in same hospital but he seem to think surgery should be best. Personally I wanna be sure if that’s my only options pls.

Meanwhile, remember to change your DP because you just bring back bad memory of that night of 2010 Thanks for your input. As for d DP, the thing still Dey pain me till now that’s why!!! |
