Gov. Rochas is a Great Leader that have made giant development strides as Governor of Imo state. His philanthropic gesture of scholarships have helped many thousands of youths be come educated. I appeal to him to continue his good works by clearing workers salaries and pensioners entitlements without minding what some ingrent are saying. God bless H. E Sir Rochas Okorocha!!
