Today's log breakfast- Tea and biscuit 12.30pm- a hand ful of cooked g/nut 5.30pm- noodles(indomie) p/s: i was so weak and tired in the morning so couldnt exercise. |
Today's log 30 mins jogging, 200 skips 8am- 1 wrap of moi moi and tea 12.30pm- snacks(doughnut) 5pm- porridge beans with vegetable. And a lot of water. |

Log for today 30 mins jogging, 300 skips 7.30am- Tea 12.30pm- 2 cups of cooked g/nut 4.30pm- A plate of jellof rice and beef 8.00pm- garden egg I checked my weight today and i weighed 2kg less. |

Good morning everyone, I weigh 60kg and am 5.6ft tall, i want to loose 5kg and i really need something to motivate me, and i think this thread will go a long way to helping me. I will share my log at the end of the day. |

Mine was the first time i cooked jellof rice, never knew one has to fry the tomatoes, i ended up cooking without groundnut oil, the face of the rice was something else. |

I was oppurtune to partake in 2010 Addax schorlarship in my 100l. The questions we were given were maths, English(comprehensions), logic and some current affairs. Goodluck |
