Good day house, it's been quite long, i actually stopped logging when i gained back the weight i suffered to lose, wen i went on a week holiday, what's the point of exercising when i gain back weight as fast as i lose it? Anyways am back on track now, my major problem is my thighs, please what type of exercise can i indulge in to help firm my thighs? |

Good morning all yesterday's log 9am- bread and water 1pm- a handful of cashew nut 5pm- banana and peanut 7pm- guava exercise- nil, though i did a lot of walking. I've not really been eating and exercising well lately, maybe b/cos am on hols, cant wait to get back to school. |

Hello everyone, i've been down with typhoid and malaria for a week now, but am very much okay now. Today's log b/f- tea and two slices of bread 1pm- paw paw 3pm- roasted plantain and sauce 8pm- a plate of rice and 6 pieces of fried plantain. Exercise 100 skips and i did a lot of walking. |
Today's log 10am- tea and 4 slices of bread 4.30pm- beans and plantain 7pm- biscuit 20 minutes walk |
Hour_Glass: get DVDs, it works well for indoor or better still march in place or better still do aerobics. You can even spice up the skips like thisthanks alot, i will try spicing up my skipping, please do you know any good dvd to recommened for me? |

Happy independence all today's log 11.30am- 10 spoons of rice and little chicken. 1pm- 3 slices of bread 1:30pm- 2 oranges 7pm- 6 pieces of garden egg and a handful of peanut. Exercise- 40 mins jogging and 200 skips |
