Hour_Glass: anything could cause it, ranging from new eating habits, to change of environment, relationship status/change, changes in status maybe a new job or an admission etc. Just check what changed about you of recent, then we can track it down.
You may be right, cos I wedded recently, and am done with schooling, staying at home doing nothing, though I exercise in d morning at times.

opella: Good morning everyone,
I weigh 60kg and am 5.6ft tall, i want to loose 5kg and i really need something to motivate me, and i think this thread will go a long way to helping me. I will share my log at the end of the day.
OMG.. I checked my weight yesterday and I couldn't believe what I saw, 70kg. I knew I added a little weight but didn't knw it was a whopping 10kg

it's been quite long, i actually stopped logging when i gained back the weight i suffered to lose, wen i went on a week holiday, what's the point of exercising when i gain back weight as fast as i lose it?
Anyways am back on track now, my major problem is my thighs, please what type of exercise can i indulge in to help firm my thighs?

1pm- a handful of cashew nut
5pm- banana and peanut
7pm- guava
exercise- nil, though i did a lot of walking.
I've not really been eating and exercising well lately, maybe b/cos am on hols, cant wait to get back to school.

3pm- roasted plantain and sauce
8pm- a plate of rice and 6 pieces of fried plantain.
Exercise 100 skips and i did a lot of walking.

Hour_Glass: get DVDs, it works well for indoor or better still march in place or better still do aerobics. You can even spice up the skips like this
