For the last equation
The clock at 3'O clock has a value of =3
Clock at 2'0 clock should have a value of = 11/12 × 3 = 2.75 ( since the clock has 12 equal parts, get the percentage ratio)

The cookie with 10 dots within has a value of = 10
Cookie with 7 dots has a value of = 7/10 × 10
Same explanation as earlier

The clock is at 2 O'clock and the cookie has 7 dots as against 3 O'clock and 10 dots respectively in the other equations.

Therefore,
2 O'clock + 1 banana + 1 banana x 7 dotted cookie
Employing the BODMAS principle, you'll have a linear equation thus:

2+1+(1*7)
= 2+1+7
=10.

Explanation: Each biscuit is counted according to the number of holes it has.
