Restructuring cannot work. Nigeria has practiced "true federalism" before which is = restructuring and there were still problems and political agitations and conflict. The only solution right now is self determination. Let those that want to take their destiny into their own hands and have their own country do so. We can still be collecting visa from ourselves.
