Salewa97:Did you actually read what he said? How can a state governor boldly tell him his security is not guaranteed? Is Obi going there to campaign or as a private citizen? Plateau state is currently in a worse security situation than Benue state, yet the state governor gave Obi enough security and showed appreciation for showing solidarity with the people of Bokkos! At times you guys cap without reasoning! |
kingthreat:This is something he has always done even before he joined politics! If this was for political optics,he would have stopped a long time ago! |
Bhella5:Try to do your research before commenting! |
So a man used his hard earned money to open shop for his 'girlfriend' and he thinks that will make her marry him! Joker! He will learn the hard way! |
🤣😂😂 Why does this ineptitude administration led by balablu need constant reassurances from his own party? I smell fear😄
|
snowball11:🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 |
tishbite41:😁😁 |
Kingpele:They tried it but the police disbanded the vigilante group! What they need is independent state policing! |
ObosiLandlord:State policing can still be functional without the influence or control of state governors! Infact policing should no matter the level should never be under the control of political officer holders! That's a recipe for disaster! |

She is still being nacked by the ex! I pity any guy that will even contemplate marrying her! |
What a country! When did we suddenly lose our humanity just because of political affiliations! Firstly, the age of the boy indicates that he isn't even supposed to be in a prison! Secondly, how can a boy be detained in prison since January,2025 and this same boy has been appearing before a magistrate court oh😮😮 These are the ills of society that demands outright condemnation from all and sundry no matter your political inclination! Even if you have been heavily paid to attack Obi,that doesn't in any way wipe of your humanity as it could have been anyone in that situation including you! My appreciation goes to the lady on X that initially alerted everyone about quadri's ordeal, the lawyer who took the case pro Bono and everyone that visited including the obiedient family and not forgetting those who condemned this outrightly! Nigeria will not happen to us! |
frog12:Igini isn't even the issue! Our institution is the problem! A law that gives power to the presidency to select and appoint INEC officials is a recipe for electoral malpractice! |
Who wants to die for a country that doesn't appreciate the sacrifices that they make everyday? How much is an average soldier paid? What happened to those four soldiers that were publicly shot dead by Boko members? Have adequate compensation being given to their family members? Look at the environment most of our servicemen and women reside and you will think they have been abandoned! The worse part is an average soldier after suffering for months to capture terrorists, will watch them being rehabilitated for 6 months with jollof rice and chicken, then released just like that! |
Infotubia9ja:Thanks |
Infotubia9ja:I don't have the latest version |
Even if you have rehabilitated them, they have to be prosecuted by a court of law for the crimes they have committed! So what about those that have spent more than a decade in the IDP camp? Who will assist them to recover what the rehabilitated Boko members have destroyed? |
Infotubia9ja:I have heard of Cinema4D but haven't tried it! I have both the Maya and 3Dmax but I just want to know which one is best for animation! What about the spec of the laptop or system that can process these heavy programs without lagging! |
Nice one! I'm always fascinated with 3D animation! Just a question....which platform can I use between Maya and 3D max for animation? Secondly, which spec of laptop or computer system will be better suited for these heavy software programs? |
papyjaypaul:I can assure you that Igini will not be the next INEC chairman not due to his geopolitical zone but because he is not the kind of person that is loyal to Tinubu! |
😂😂 |
Justnation:No matter the geopolitical zone where the next INEC chairman will come from,as long as the president is the one with the powers to select and appoint him or her, nothing will change in our so called INDEPENDENT electoral system! If the power of the president to select and appoint INEC officials esp the chairman as enshrined in the constitution is not removed, nothing will change and the status quo will remain! The immediate removal through the national assembly as part of the electoral modifications is the first step to ensuring that our electoral system becomes INDEPENDENT! |
Smartcitizen:Chai why nah😄😄 A whole accomplished journalist don turn houseboy because of retirement benefits😂 |
😆😆 Senior domestic slave! Ndume wicked Sha!😂 |
What's the difference between 83000 and 85000 or 5500 and 5000? |
😂😂😂😂 But apc minions love him now oh.... |
Agbegbaorogboye:No sir! I read the important parts of the CTC and I listened to the diverse views of learned attorneys! |
Agbegbaorogboye:Apapa's case is has been overtaken by current events! However,it's important to state that lamidi apapa stance would have been solid had he pushed the matter in 2021! He was one of the valid deputies that should have replaced a deceased national chairman in 2019 but Abure who as at then was the national secretary had sidelined the deputies and made himself acting national chairman! When the political arm of NLC and TUC discovered the discrepancy,a deep crisis brewed and was only resolved by INEC who mandated Abure to sign an undertaking that once his tenure which was supposed to expire by 2023 but got extended to 8 June,2024 was over,he should conduct an all inclusive national convention from ward congresses to LGA,state who would select delegates for the national convention! However,Lamidi apapa who was neither here nor there kept quiet and did absolutely nothing to fight for his stolen mandate! Now that his supposed tenure which was done by Abure has expired,he has nothing to hold onto! The best he can do is to re-contest in the next nation convention! As for the powers of INEC to invalidate abure's position, Like I explained using soccer,no matter the outcome,as long as there was no umpire to officiate the game, the result remains a null and void! Only a replay will ensure it gains validity! The electoral law empowers INEC with oversight functions to ensure credibility and fairness in any party election no matter the level! They can validate or cancel an election! That was the basis for Abure seeking the lower courts to legitimize his candidacy by compelling INEC to recognize him! Since he lost at the supreme court, his position no longer has legitimacy hence he seizes to be a chairman along with his new NWC members! |
Just imagine the high level of impunity! deradicalized or not, these bokoharam terrorists should have been prosecuted and jailed for the crimes committed in nigeria! What has been the benefit of the exercise? Has it reduced terrorism at yobe state? Even if you claim the members were ignorant of what they were doing, the law states in explicit terms that 'ignorance of the law excuses no one! |
Why do I have the feeling that the first wife might be into chicks?🥱🥱 |
Agbegbaorogboye:The tenure of Abure and the NWC expired in 8 June,2024! Before that date Abure had rushed to Nnewi Anambra with his cohorts to conduct a national convention without key stakeholders who formed the NEC and INEC! When INEC notified LP and Abure that they never attended the convention, they went further to remove abure's name from INEC implying his position and by extension the national convention he conducted lacked validity! This prompted Abure to seek legitimacy of the convention and by extension, the validity of his position as national chairman to the court which he won at the federal high court and the appeal court but the apex court dismissed the case as the lower courts lacked jurisdiction to legalize his position! The judgement by the supreme court returns the matter back to status quo where INEC had removed his name because they never recognized him as national chairman! The removal of abure's name implies that the umpire doesn't recognize his position as national chairman but also invalidates the national convention concocted by Abure! The only solution is to conduct another national convention starting (from ward to state congress election) where all the stakeholders are present including INEC as the electoral umpire! Finally, the supreme court didn't need to state explicitly that they sacked Abure because they just like the lower courts lacked jurisdiction! All they did was take Abure back to the time when INEC had removed his name as national chairman! Which in other words,INEC has invalidated the national convention because they were not present to witness the event! This scenario can be likened to a soccer match between two teams! No matter the outcome of the encounter, the game is inconsequential without a referee and the only way the result can have an validity is by replaying it but this time, the referee must be there to officiate! |
emkz:This is actually false and a wrong narrative spread probably by Abure's errand boys! Anyone who followed Abure knew how he used the platform on SM to receive huge monetary donations on behalf of the party and Obi's popularity to cash out in the last election! There had been so many allegations against Abure from governorship aspirants who had on different occasions accused him of substituting their names for another candidate due to monetary inducements! But if I may ask.....what is LP without Obi? Abure should be grateful that Obi even gave him the limelight as a national chairman and support against those who had tried to undermine his leadership! If LP must have the audacity to speak as an opposition against the ruling party APC,then their party must put their house in order by conducting a proper and all inclusive national convention that is free, fair and credible not the charade called a convention that was conducted at Nnewi Anambra by Abure and his cohorts in the absence of key stakeholders and the umpire INEC! |
He could just make him Hero Beer Ambassador
