Someone close to Peter Obi should tell him that neither Obasanjo, Yar Adua, GEJ, Buhari nor Tinubu did a tenth of these to win presidential elections in Nigeria. If he keeps banking on building these humanitarian campaigns, he will make it easy for Tinubu's second term. His team needs to be smarter and more realistic.

This is something he has always done even before he joined politics!

Depending on the version software you have that will determine the type of lessons or tutorials you will go for.

Some tutorials only teach with the up to date versions of that software and as technology advances new updates are brought to the software to help compete in today's industry.


Secondly those software you have, there will be times you will be needing some additional add-ons to work your project and as such you have to pay for them but blender on the other hand is 100% free to use and some add-ons or should I say plug-ins are free mostly and very few for free and affordable.

And to finalize it all I will say this.
Maya, 3D max and cinama 4D are top tier softwares you pay for while blender if free.
Consider those softwares like top brand cars like Ferrari Bentley etc those are classified as 3D max Maya etc. They are considered direct to use and easy flow but blender you can call a Toyota. You can configure it to make it achive your result.

I know the electoral law demands that INEC be present to observe proceedings at every party meeting or convention but does their absence invalidate a convention? I believe the FHC answered that question when it recognised Abure. Note that Usman and the caretaker committee joined the case at appeal. I just need clarification on these matters

Apapa's case is has been overtaken by current events!
However,it's important to state that lamidi apapa stance would have been solid had he pushed the matter in 2021!
He was one of the valid deputies that should have replaced a deceased national chairman in 2019 but Abure who as at then was the national secretary had sidelined the deputies and made himself acting national chairman!

When the political arm of NLC and TUC discovered the discrepancy,a deep crisis brewed and was only resolved by INEC who mandated Abure to sign an undertaking that once his tenure which was supposed to expire by 2023 but got extended to 8 June,2024 was over,he should conduct an all inclusive national convention from ward congresses to LGA,state who would select delegates for the national convention!
However,Lamidi apapa who was neither here nor there kept quiet and did absolutely nothing to fight for his stolen mandate!
Now that his supposed tenure which was done by Abure has expired,he has nothing to hold onto!
The best he can do is to re-contest in the next nation convention!
As for the powers of INEC to invalidate abure's position,
Like I explained using soccer,no matter the outcome,as long as there was no umpire to officiate the game,the result remains a null and void!
Only a replay will ensure it gains validity!
The electoral law empowers INEC with oversight functions to ensure credibility and fairness in any party election no matter the level!
They can validate or cancel an election!
That was the basis for Abure seeking the lower courts to legitimize his candidacy by compelling INEC to recognize him!
Since he lost at the supreme court,his position no longer has legitimacy hence he seizes to be a chairman along with his new NWC members!

Just imagine the high level of impunity!

And I must say that unfortunately, Obi and his group are suffering from two things.

One is not understanding the processes and procedures of LP probably because he joined so close to an election and did not acquaint himself well with the party laws

Second is not getting himself involved in what happens with the party after the election, more like how Atiku usually treats the PDP.

Regardless of anyone's interpretation of the SC judgement, what is obvious from both sides is that Abure played a fast one. He organised a convention because he knew their party law does not demand state congresses be held before convention unlike other parties. LP constitution has slight differences from those of PDP and APC that everyone is familiar with. It is those differences that's led Obi and his group into a ditch now and it's easy to see why the FHC and CoA agreed with Abure as chair if you read the LP constitution. It is only the SC's decision that gave Obi a lifeline.

My candid advice to Obi is to either find a way to get the NWC too suspend Abure or he leaves the party. This is because as it is now, the SC judgement is neither here nor there. The claim that it sacked Abure is not true. You can say it gave inec leeway to not recognise Abure but it definitely did not sack Abure.

The tenure of Abure and the NWC expired in 8 June,2024!
Before that date Abure had rushed to Nnewi Anambra with his cohorts to conduct a national convention without key stakeholders who formed the NEC and INEC!

When INEC notified LP and Abure that they never attended the convention,they went further to remove abure's name from INEC implying his position and by extension the national convention he conducted lacked validity!

This prompted Abure to seek legitimacy of the convention and by extension,the validity of his position as national chairman to the court which he won at the federal high court and the appeal court but the apex court dismissed the case as the lower courts lacked jurisdiction to legalize his position!

The judgement by the supreme court returns the matter back to status quo where INEC had removed his name because they never recognized him as national chairman!

The removal of abure's name implies that the umpire doesn't recognize his position as national chairman but also invalidates the national convention concocted by Abure!

The only solution is to conduct another national convention starting (from ward to state congress election) where all the stakeholders are present including INEC as the electoral umpire!

Finally,the supreme court didn't need to state explicitly that they sacked Abure because they just like the lower courts lacked jurisdiction!
All they did was take Abure back to the time when INEC had removed his name as national chairman!
Which in other words,INEC has invalidated the national convention because they were not present to witness the event!
This scenario can be likened to a soccer match between two teams!
No matter the outcome of the encounter,the game is inconsequential without a referee and the only way the result can have an validity is by replaying it but this time,the referee must be there to officiate!

Abure is locus classicus that when you take in a homeless dog and feed it, it would gather enough strength to fight you and chase you out of your house.

This guy was sidelined in campaign finances and organization during the presidential elections. The core Labour Party publicity team was undermined. A new treasurer with zero political mobilization experience was brought in. We even heard that support groups in Plateau state were not given mobilization. After elections, they wanted the man out.

That was unfair to Abure.

I think Abure should bow out now and enjoy his life. Let those who have demonstrated gross incompetence in managing election campaigns, publicity and post-election litigation be allowed to run the party. They mismanaged elections because they spent more money on post-election litigations than the election itself. These people lack competence to manage a party as they are mostly outsiders and defectors. Abure, leave the party for them and watch it collapse.

This is actually false and a wrong narrative spread probably by Abure's errand boys!
Anyone who followed Abure knew how he used the platform on SM to receive huge monetary donations on behalf of the party and Obi's popularity to cash out in the last election!
There had been so many allegations against Abure from governorship aspirants who had on different occasions accused him of substituting their names for another candidate due to monetary inducements!

But if I may ask.....what is LP without Obi?
Abure should be grateful that Obi even gave him the limelight as a national chairman and support against those who had tried to undermine his leadership!

If LP must have the audacity to speak as an opposition against the ruling party APC,then their party must put their house in order by conducting a proper and all inclusive national convention that is free,fair and credible not the charade called a convention that was conducted at Nnewi Anambra by Abure and his cohorts in the absence of key stakeholders and the umpire INEC!
