What should have been paramount to the state chapter and others chapters is how they can mobilize and ensure a successful election for the LP candidate and not to concern themselves with trivial matters that can always be brought before the national working committee for a peaceful resolution or settled after the election knowing fully well that the objective is how to sell the candidacy of obi to Nigerians as a solution to the problems in nigeria!

This is surely another grand plan and its too obvious!

My own is if the opposition claim LP is insignificant and would come to ruins in January like you are alluding to,then why are you or the opposition bothered or worried?

Not everyone goes court route either hence why the alternatives exist. Again not worried because I told you good luck on your mission. Glad you admitted all these alternatives exist. The justice is right most of these trivial issues should die at the appeals court.

Options will definitely exist depending on the willingness of the parties to go down that route!
However,if the aggrieved parties/people choose the court of law as their only option to settle their trivial or inconsequential disputes then your likes should not mock or frown at them!

Lol, you're very silly. Out-of-court settlements happen because in civil matters the court doesn't have to be sought. Other forms of conflict resolution yield solutions unless you want to pretend out court settlement also don't happen. No they don't have to be held in court unless they're criminal matters. Again if you can pull of the feat of every trivial matter being heard in court continues on your quest.

Like i said ab initio that is the least of your worries as trivial matters will be brought before the court esp when they believe they want and can get justice!
Out of court settlement as an option can be activated when both parties decide to willingly go down that path....However not everyone goes through that route!
Hence the court is always their last hope no matter how inconsequential the matter is or sounds to a non-silly personality like U!

Again alternatives exist to the judiciary. They very useful for criminal matters but for civil they don't have to be used as a first resort. Mediation and arbitration are faster and cheaper. You're saying it's preposterous because you're not thinking too hard about the situation. I already suggested things like hiring more judges because that's the big reason why justice is slow. Why you guys think it's judiciary or fight to the death is a mystery to me. Good luck on your mission to hire enough judges to hear every trivial issue you have.

The Judiciary is synonymous to Justice in a court of law esp when the normal conflict resolution path is not yielding any solution!
Every case no matter how trivial is imperative and must be heard in court!
As for hiring a thousand judges to hear and give justice to irrelevant cases as you are erroneously alluding to,that is why the justice system is there in the first place and that should be the least of your problem!

Most deaths could have been avoided had people put some trust in our judiciary and some community wars that some nonchalantly refer to as 'two fighting' could have been nipped in the bud if the matter had been brought to the court!
If it means hiring more than a thousand judges to solve such an inconsequential issue in court in order to cut off an impending war,so be it!
Only ignorant people who know little or nothing about the importance of the judiciary at every level of the citizen will make such preposterous statements!
