This is between the parties, not between the executive and legislative. Among the candidates, who can more easily and readily move and bend the legislative? Certainly, not Obi. Who has built to last, certainly not Obi.

So political parties are the ones who strengthen institutions of government?

Are you also saying that the legislative arm that is empowered to create and modify the laws in the constitution do not also have the powers to make modifications that can strengthen our institutions?
Lastly,strengthening of institutions in my inquiry is based on the generality of the system of government and not whether a particular presidential candidate can bend or move the legislative arm!

We don't really need supermen in Nigeria, we need working institutions. We've been sold this hero story for too long. Buhari used the same superman format. OBJ was sold as some kind of Joseph, GEJ as a meek, poor and humble man. We saw Obi in Anambra for 8 years. No whining literally.
