I can now understand why Mimiko is in panic mode and even rushing to Aso Rock yst. Him and Jegede are seriously on a long thing cos this case is not as easy as they painted it. I think Jimoh has the upper hand.. .

One, they are still seeking leave to appeal the judgment of Justice Okon Abang meaning that they have not appealed the judgement yet. Secondly, the 90 days allowed to appeal the judgment of Justice Okon Abang has elapsed and they are now asking for extension which is at discretion of the court. Finally Mimiko and his faction are not even parties to the said suit; they asking to be joined as interested parties.

So, when will they finish all these preliminary issues and go to the main issue which is appealing the judgment of Justice Okon Abang? Won't the election be concluded by then? Will they even have the time to campaign or will they be campaigning in the court's?

Chai.. .. . Mimiko will ever regret the day FAYOSE and WIKE brought Sheriff to PDP. This is the end product of impunity. A judgment was given on the 29th of June and you waited until now to appeal the said judgment. Nemesis is at work.

In my opinion, Fayose was wrong to enact such laws in the first place. The fulanis have the right to live and work in ekiti just like every other Nigerian. Why ban their business of cattle rearing when they have no other means? Why criminalize the fulanis as if all fulanis are killers? There are bad eggs amongst every tribe, why do we make it look like violence is exclusive to northerners only. The people we should frown at are cattle rustlers who steals cattle from fulanis and use
them as disguise for their evil deeds. The fulanis are peaceful people who go about their business in peace and we all know they control their herds of cattle with mere sticks. Even though we call them primitive, how many southerner can rear cattle for national consumption like the fulanis? Without them how do we see beef to consume? The rustlers are armed terrorist escaping from the north east to the south. What fayose should have done is to forbid any herdsmen from moving around with weapons, not banning cattle rearing completely. If all states cooperated with the FG on creation of grazing reserves throughout the country, there will not be a single cattle left on the streets looking for grass. Instead we chastised president Buhari's brilliant policy in the name of islamization. The ripple effects are the incessant attacks by the rustlers. The grazing bill remains the best and safest option. Not unnecessary bans

Job Descriptions
Raising additional assessment while examining tax returns
Ensuring uniform application of Tax Laws, Tax Regulations and Information circulars
Supervising a number of Officers responsible for the assessment of small companies, individual business concerns, partnerships, estates and trust.
Conducting enquiries into the affairs of small companies
Following up such cases as are in dispute through the appeal procedures.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate should be highly organized, numerate and possess strong interpersonal skills to support and represent the team where necessary, externally and internally.
The individual will ideally have commercial-business knowledge with ability to interpret business numbers and strategies of profit derivation in tax accounting.
The position requires someone who is a self-starter and requires little supervision or motivation to meet challenging targets and deadlines. Current membership of a relevant professional institution is essential

Minimum Qualifications/Skills Base
A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, Banking & Finance, Engineering, Geology, Statistics, Computer Science or other relevant discipline in the quantitative field

Additional/Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Minimum a B.Sc. /HND or degree equivalent in Taxation, Accounting or other related field of study.
Post qualification cognate experience will be an added advantage.

Demonstrated experience through the following:
Conversant with Nigerian Tax principles, laws and applications
