Nimen: Sometime last year an outspoken critic of the GEJ Administration TonyeBarcanista suddenly stopped criticising the Administration and focused his attention on the opposition throwing punch after punch through his superb write ups telling anyone who cared to listen that APC was just a recycled party made from the same people that ruined this country for 16 years, He was hated upon and lashed on variously by pro-APC supporters, when APC won he was made a laughing stock here in nairaland... But with the way the country is going... has TonyeBarcanista been vindicated? Which of the Tonyebarcanista? Tonye can only confuse idiot like you |

Politics › Re: APC 2023 Equity And Justice : Ogbonnaya Onu As South East Candidate - Profile by OPPPS: 2:48pm On Jun 30, 2020 |
hollah123: let me make some points clear to u,
b4 any party can zone presidency to a region d ffg factors will definitely b considered
*is it their strong hold? *How many big wigs from d party are from d region? *Do the people love them? *How have they treated their members in that region? *are people from that region electorally bankable?
All these n many factors will b considered b4 zoning candidacy to that region.. Now let me give u answers to that using south east n south west as a case study
*we all know APC is highly accepted in d south west compared to south east,Igbos will prefer an under performing ikpeasu to any APC good performer so nobody will risk that
*we all know how u detest APC members in your zone, Okorocha performed reasonably well than majority of the governor's u praise to high heaven but u despise him cos he's from an almajiri party n I believe everyone knows that n even APC saw that
*u yourself know for sure that u don't love APC,your major aim of wanting to b APC flag bearer is to give PDP victory from d back door.Once APC present an Igbo man,u people will just strike agreement with PDP, support a northerner to hand over after governance n then finish APC.even b4 u think about it they know what u are up to.
Nobody gives power to who they don't trust
*so u think APC will risk it for a region who will disappoint them at the end of the day cos Nnamdi Kanu said so
check these points n u will realise it's easy for Igbos to get PDP ticket Ignore him. He thinks his emotions will make APC to zone their ticket to SE In 2023 |
Politics › Re: APC 2023 Equity And Justice : Ogbonnaya Onu As South East Candidate - Profile by OPPPS: 2:47pm On Jun 30, 2020 |
Whiteangel1234: Yes 100% Vote for APC if Ogbonnaya Onu emerge the party Presidential flag bearer
If you are from south East and Buhari called you 5% in 2015 just few months after he assume presidency and since them no Igbo man in any reasonable position in his government for the past 6 years will you still support him ?
Our problem is Buhari not Hausa not Fulani not APC . its just Buhari but its time to move ahead and think towards 2023 . In 2003 when Buhari came with Okadigbo did you vote for him? In 2007 with another Igbo as VP, did you vote for him? The 5% comment was made in 2015. So your excuse is flimsy. APC will never zone their presidential candidate to the SE ,you can lobby PDP which you have remained loyal to over 21 yrs |
Politics › Re: APC 2023 Equity And Justice : Ogbonnaya Onu As South East Candidate - Profile by OPPPS: 2:40pm On Jun 30, 2020 |
aremuforlife: The Igbos in Apc are not fools but they are minorities, given them the presidential ticket is like given the opposition unopposed ticket. The SE needs to re-strategize, let they need to come out sincerely, they are more rooted in pdp than other parties. Just take a look at the recent internal problem in the ruling party, they are happy and praying for the collapse or disintegration of the party. You said my mind. It will be total no contest for PDP because nobody from the SE will vote APC has evidently proven in the past |

Whiteangel1234: Ogbonnaya Onu was the Chairman of the ANPP major parties that merge to form APC he is a Nigeria and a member of the Ruling Party . We in South East support Him as our sole candidate in 2023 APC Sincerely ask yourself if the people from SE will cast their votes for Onu/ APC or you just want to make the next presidential election in 2023 as no contest for PDP |

Politics › Re: 2023: The Plan Between The North And The Niger Delta by OPPPS: 12:10pm On Jun 30, 2020 |
IkwerrePikin: Those of you who don’t know, you better read this carefully:
There is an ongoing agreement between the North and the Niger delta on power shift between the North and South.
Come 2023, both Igbo and Yoruba will not be President. It may sound funny to you, but that is the reality on ground.
The North knows how to play politics, nobody should deny that fact!
The North have realize that, the Niger delta is the best region to form an ailment with.
They can not trust the Yoruba with power, the rate at which the Yoruba wants to be President even with the introduction of Amotekun, it will be difficult for the North to trust Yoruba at this time with power.
The Igbo in the other hand can not be trusted too. With so much attack on the North by the Igbo politicians and traditional groups, coupled with Nnamdi Kanu Biafra struggle, it will be too risky for the North to allow power move to the Igbos.
But in the Niger delta, the north have realize that, they are the best region to have a good favorable ground with and make an agreement that would benefit both regions because, the North have witnessed power with the Niger delta in the person of Jonathan. The North have realize that the Niger deltans can be trusted, and they do not have so much hatred for the North like the Yoruba and Igbo who will immediately bounce on the Fulani and it’s herds if they get to power.
The yaradua govt brought Amnesty for the Niger delta, and buhari govt have also settled the Niger delta warlords that is why you see calm. Because even with the operation crocodile smile, the militants will still destroying pipelines halting oil production.
The North have realize that if they have a good agreement with the Niger delta who houses the nations wealth (Crude Oil) even with the construction of Gas pipeline from the Niger delta to the North which militants can destroy, and support a Niger deltan (considering Rotimi Amaechi who buhari loves and most igbos see as Igbo man even though he is Ikwerre) the North will feel more secure allowing power return to the South for 8yrs before going back to the North.
The North have realize that, with the Niger delta voting strength, and the region that feeds the nation, they do not need the Yoruba or Igbo who they can not trust with power at this point.
Those of you saying, how can Niger delta produce President after Jonathan from same region, ask yourself where was Yaradua from? Is it not same Kastina with Buhari today? Rotimi Amaechi who has an Igbo wife and who most igbos see as igbo even though he is Ikwerre, the Igbos will support Amaechi Presidency 100% and feel more secure and calm than a Tinubu! Wike is patiently waiting to bury your pay master for the 3rd time again in Rivers state. APC will never give Amechi who has no single electoral value in Rivers state their ticket .Wake up from your sleep |
