Good evening,

Straight to the point. I graduated last year and I am yet to get my statement of result from my school till this day(the fault is from my school). I recently got a job which I am to resume this new month. So I perused through the letter and found out that I am to show a proof of my degree. Already, my Employer knows that I am a recent graduate but I didn't explain the part of Statement of result.

Please how do I go about this?

We must not fall for all these again

This made me to remember an urgly incident that happened to me when I was preparing for my WAEC in the year 2000 precisely January 4, 2000.

I was in my room solving different algebra and trigonometry till the wee hour around 3:00 am.
When it was 3:00 am I decided to sleep so that I could wake up so early to continue my calculations.

Around 3:20pm, I heard a very loud sound from the backyard, the armed robbers brake the back doors with the help of our grinding stone which was positioned outside.

When they gained access into the main building, they began to shout NOBODY MUST COME OUTSIDE their rooms, it was a face me I slap u apartments.

Suddenly, I opened my door and stepped out into the passage, one of the robbers flash his touch light on me and ordered me to returned into my room, unfortunately my other two brothers were not around as they have gone back to their schools. My dad and mum were in separate room and parlour. My sisters too were in their room. we have two tenants too who were in their rooms.

After few minutes, one of the robbers stepped into my room and asked me WEY THE MONEY DEM GIVE U. I told him that I don't have any money that I am still in ss3 preparing to write a national exam. He came closer to me and gave me a dirty and brain resetting slap, he thereafter pointed a small cut pistol at me and threatened to shoot me if I refused to give him money.

Truth to God, I did not have any money except the #60 that one of our tenants asked me to keep for her, because she did not want to spend it.

Immediately after the slap and the gun that was pointed at me I remembered jeje and I went to where I kept the money inside my suit hung on the hanger and gave him the money.

He stepped out of my room immediately and they went to rob my parents too.

I really thank God for the gift of life

Scrap collector never deals with this one that was why he was speaking grammar. Those guys are menace to our society, they are real thieves whose aim is to steal steadily. One of them stole a generating set in my street, they stole children anger, roofing sheets, they are also burglars.

The landlords in my street have reported them to the law enforcement agencies and they have unanimously banned their presence on our street..

Thank God for his grace and preservation.


This also happened in our house many years ago. My kid sis was sleeping under the fan when the fan detached from the ceiling. Our saving grace was that our chairs hung the blade preventing it to have contact with my sister who was still sleeping on the floor.
