Please i have been searching google to see how many medals and awards this coach even have, what are the credentials that gave him this job, please if anybody knows i will like to learn more about him, because I read somewhere he punched a fellow footballer on the pitch of play. We need to watch that man's temperament.

Did the coach respect a player with that amount of years in the team, respect is a reciprocal, if the coach was well grounded in human resource management he would have known that such key resource to change them you need to call them in privacy and explain certain things to them and why the need for change not to come in a public forum with the team and dethrone a whole capo. Who does that and still expects the highest level of team loyalty when they know they can just wake up and find themselves out of the team. THe coach was wrong first of all hoha. Enyeama did the right thing, you cannot slight him just like that because you are the coach. The need to change this man before he destroy what is left of the team.
Something is definitely lacking in his style of managing the team. I am sure Enyeama must have called him from his base to explain why he could not return before the deadline. If the lateness wasnt the issue then why change him and if you must change an old tested hand why didnt you prepare the grounds by discussing it. Let me even ask, is the reason for Enyeama's late arrival at the camp not due to his mothers burial? If that is the true reason the spirit of his late mother will fight for him. I dont know why some people when power gets into their hand for just one day they want to kill everybody. Is it by this action that you gain respect and instill discipline or by excellent team building relationship. having the human feeling to listen and hear your fellow man out. We are talking of someone's biological mother passing away and some fella is adding salt to injury. Oliseh has nothing to offer and i blame the NFF chair that appointed an amateur to coach our super eagles when you have tested hands like Siasia and skillful players like Okocha and Kanu who commands respect of the team due to their advanced skill on the field of play.
I just dont know with this loquacious coach.

A coach who's family doesnt belong here they dont feel what we feel infact they are not Nigerians trying to teach us what we dont know. Fire burn bad people. We never had it so good with Vincent Enyeama. Who brought this manboy to coach our super eagles, the guy doesnt mean well for Nigeria. Just imagining him saying our preseident has appointed minister so he has apointed a captain, who the hell is he to single handedly change a skipper who made him big boss no way this is going to be costly on our team, the moral must be very low. I know Mikel,Emenike wont take this lying low, if they can do it Enyeama then based on his lame excuse of retiring footballers. Mikel and Emenike are next on his hit list. Lack of visionary leaders, self centered bigots, tribalism, ethnicity and wicked human beings have robbed us of the opportunity for all of us to live and sustain the good old days. If we had selfless leaders who thought about the collective good of all, leaders who believed in Nigeria and not themselves and their own, believe you me if at all the prices of that ticket changes it would be due to global effect but even at that the difference wont be so much.

Is this one a coach talking like this. A coach commands cohesion with his speech not hurt and demoralization. What is wrong for a man who has given his all to retire as the captain of the super eagles would that not make him even the more committed to leave a parting legacy.
Truly I have seen that those who brought in this amateur coach have only one agenda that is to destroy what is left of the super eagles, I bet JJ Okocha would have been better than this man.
